Method

How this page does its arithmetic

  • Every figure starts as something we read. Each price above traces to a capture in this repo — the page it came off, the sentence it came from, and the date. Every price behind this result was read in September 2026.
  • The totals are projections, and they’re marked as projections. A dashed box, a “≈”, the arithmetic spelled out, and the prices it used. Nobody quotes you these numbers. They’re what the published prices multiply out to if nothing changes, and prices change.
  • Dose escalation isn’t in here. Several of these companies price by dose, and the figure we read is the one their page publishes, not a ladder. Where a company says the price holds as the dose rises, that’s in its review.
  • Where a company sells a membership in tiers, we don’t pick one. The projection carries the span instead, low to high.
  • Nothing here is medical advice, and we don’t ask a single health question to produce it. Price, drug, plan length, state. Cheaper is not better, and the grade beside each name is the thing we actually have an opinion about.
  • 3 headline figures on the roster are left out of every projection here, because the capture backing them sits under a different product name than the price they’re being compared with. Stretching to reach them would be inventing an attribution.
