The verdict

BMinor gap

A rare thing: a longevity clinic that prices its entire menu in public, in the same format, on a single page. Eleven of twelve items carry a figure, and the twelfth carries none at all.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • The whole catalog sits on one page with a price on almost every item.
  • Every price is written in the same format, a figure followed by "/ month".
  • The oral GLP-1 tablets are cheaper than the injections, at $139 and $159.
  • The one product requiring lab work says so on its own card.
  • The footer names YOURx Health LLC and a Beaumont street address on every page.
  • Separate billing, shipping and returns policies are published.
  • The peptide and longevity products are priced as plainly as the weight-loss ones, rather than quoted on request.

What could be better

  • One of the twelve catalog items, the Quad-Stack Sublingual, carries no price at all.
  • No state list, count or exclusion list is published anywhere.
  • No compounding pharmacy is named for any product.
  • No individual clinician is named; prescribing is attributed only to licensed physicians.
  • The peptides are sold at a flat monthly rate with no duration or course length stated.

What it is

YOURx Health is a Beaumont, Texas telemedicine practice selling weight management, sexual health, longevity injections and peptides. Its treatments page is the whole business laid out at once: each product gets a card with a category label, a short description, four key benefits and a price written as a figure followed by "/ month".

The company names itself in the footer of every page — "Operated by YOURx Health LLC" — with a street address at 880 22nd Street, Beaumont, Texas, and repeats the name in its terms of service. It publishes separate billing terms, a shipping policy and a returns policy, which is more structure than most operations this size bother with.

The catalog is unusually wide. Alongside the GLP-1s it sells NAD+ two ways, sermorelin, a B12 and MIC lipotropic shot, glutathione, and two regenerative peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500 — several of which sit in a very different regulatory position from the weight-loss drugs, worth understanding before buying where these peptides actually stand with the FDA.

What it actually costs

Every price on the page is written the same way — a figure and "/ month" — so nothing has to be worked out from a plan name.

The weight-management line is $159 a month for the semaglutide injection, $179 for the tirzepatide injection, $139 for the semaglutide rapid-dissolve tablet and $159 for the tirzepatide tablet. All four are described as enhanced with vitamin B12. The oral route costing less than the needle is the reverse of most of this roster, where tablets usually carry a premium.

The rest of the menu is priced just as plainly: NAD+ at $225 injected or $199 as a nasal spray, sermorelin at $196, the B12 and MIC shot at $99, glutathione at $95, and BPC-157 and TB-500 at $165 each. Only the glutathione card adds a condition — "Lab work required for prescription" — and it is the only one that does. If the peptides are what brought you, it is worth reading what the evidence actually supports for BPC-157 before committing to a monthly charge.

One product on the page has no price at all. The Quad-Stack Sublingual card has the same layout as every other and simply omits the Price row.

Of the twelve items on the treatments page, eleven print a figure and one does not — an ED troche combining four compounds. Every other card in that same section is priced, so this is an omission rather than a policy. Two wider gaps apply to the whole catalog: no state list is published anywhere, so where a Texas practice can prescribe is unverified, and no compounding pharmacy is named, on a menu that is compounded from end to end.

Who it's wrong for

  • Anyone shopping the Quad-Stack Sublingual on price. It is the one card on the page with no figure on it.
  • Anyone who needs to confirm their state before paying. No list, count or exclusion list appears anywhere.
  • Anyone who wants the compounding pharmacy named. It is not, for any of the eleven priced products.
  • Anyone buying the peptides expecting an approved product — start with the regulatory status of peptides sold this way.

Is YOURx Health legit?

YOURx Health is operated by YOURx Health LLC, 880 22nd Street, Beaumont, TX, 77706. We read that off the company’s own terms of service on September 2026.

0 of 0 matched screened against the FDA warning-letter database .
What that meansA known-positive control passed in the same run, so a real match would have surfaced. A letter would be worth knowing about; it would not by itself disqualify a seller.

Common questions

How much does YOURx Health cost a month?

The semaglutide injection is $159 a month and the tirzepatide injection $179. The oral rapid-dissolve tablets are cheaper, at $139 for semaglutide and $159 for tirzepatide. Every price on the treatments page is written the same way, as a figure followed by "/ month".

Are YOURx oral GLP-1 tablets cheaper than the injections?

Yes, which is unusual. The semaglutide tablet is $139 a month against $159 for the injection, and the tirzepatide tablet is $159 against $179. Both tablets are described as needle-free, taken daily, and enhanced with B12.

What else does YOURx Health sell?

NAD+ at $225 injected or $199 as a nasal spray, sermorelin at $196, a B12 and MIC shot at $99, glutathione at $95, and the peptides BPC-157 and TB-500 at $165 each. All are priced on the same page as the weight-loss products.

Is anything on the YOURx menu unpriced?

One item. The Quad-Stack Sublingual, an ED troche combining four compounds, has the same card layout as everything else on the treatments page and no Price row on it. The other eleven items all carry a figure.

Who operates YOURx Health?

YOURx Health LLC, named in the footer of every page and in the terms of service, at 880 22nd Street, Beaumont, Texas. No individual clinician is named anywhere on the site.

Which states does YOURx Health serve?

It does not say. No page we read publishes a state list, a count of states, or an exclusion list, so a reader cannot confirm coverage before starting.

Why we gave YOURx Health a B

Read the full grading rationale

One page carries the whole catalog with a price on almost every line, and every price is written the same way — a figure and the words "/ month". Compounded semaglutide injections are $159, tirzepatide injections $179, and the rapid-dissolve tablets $139 and $159, which makes this one of the few sellers where the oral route costs less than the needle. The longevity and peptide side is priced just as plainly: NAD+ at $225 injected or $199 as a nasal spray, sermorelin $196, B12 with MIC $99, glutathione $95, and BPC-157 and TB-500 at $165 each. Each card says what the product is and what it is for in two or three lines, the glutathione card is the one that adds "Lab work required for prescription", and the footer names the company without being asked: YOURx Health LLC, at a Beaumont, Texas street address repeated in the terms. Three gaps keep it at B. Of the twelve items on the page, one — the Quad-Stack Sublingual, an ED troche — has the same card layout as everything else and no price on it at all. No state list appears anywhere, so where a Texas company can prescribe these is unverified. And no pharmacy is named, on a catalog that is compounded from end to end.

0 of 0 matched FDA warning-letter screen by entity domain and the address in its footer and terms. Positive and negative controls passed in the same run. The weaker kind of absence. The domain search returned no candidates, so the address was never actually compared against a letter.
What that meansScreening is by entity — the company’s own domain plus the address it publishes — never by brand name, because a brand name matches every namesake. Where a company publishes no address, the address half of that match is never exercised, and the result is recorded as the weaker kind of absence rather than a clean record. A known-positive control passed in the same run, so a real match would have surfaced. A letter would be worth knowing about; it would not by itself disqualify a seller.

How we reviewed YOURx Health

  • We read the treatments page, the homepage, the terms of service and the billing terms in full on 2026-09-11, and took every price from the product card it appears on.
  • The claim that one item is unpriced comes from reading all twelve cards on the treatments page rather than from a pattern search: eleven carry a Price row and the Quad-Stack Sublingual does not.
  • A nonsense path on the same host returned a genuine 404 page in the same session, so the pages cited are distinguishable from paths that do not exist.
  • This review carries no `monthToMonthPublished` badge either way, because the answer is not uniform across the catalog — eleven products publish a monthly price and one publishes none, and a single badge would be false about one of them.
  • The FDA warning-letter screen ran on the entity domain and the published Beaumont address, with a known-positive and a known-negative control passing in the same run. No candidate letters came back.
