Fierce Health review

CCaveat

Graded on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade · how we verify prices

Read on the provider's own published pages.

Fierce Health charges $297 a month for compounded semaglutide and $497 for tirzepatide, month to month. The catalog strikes $891 through the first, which is three months of it.

What they advertise, what you pay
$891
the struck "Regular price" on the catalog page
$297
one month of compounded semaglutide, the only variant on sale

The struck $891 is exactly three months of the $297 rate. Nobody was ever charged $891 for a month, so the saving the catalog shows is a plan length rebadged as a discount — and the longer plans were marked unavailable.

The verdict

CCaveat

The monthly price is the real price, which is rare. The saving printed beside it is not, and the plans it compares against were all unavailable.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • The figure on each product page is the month-to-month rate, not a prepay rate presented as monthly.
  • The two microdose tracks are priced separately and described as a fixed low dose rather than a cheaper version of the same program.
  • Each program states what is included — medication, meal plans, workouts and nurse-practitioner support — instead of leaving the reader to guess what a program fee buys.
  • A LegitScript badge and a US-licensed-provider claim appear on the product pages.

What could be better

  • The catalog page strikes a "Regular price" through each program that equals three months of the monthly rate.
  • Every longer plan on all four GLP-1 pages was marked sold out or unavailable when we read them, so the discount is measured against something nobody could buy.
  • At $297 a month for compounded semaglutide, this is at the expensive end of the sellers we grade.
  • No link whose path or label names a terms, privacy or legal page appears on the homepage, and no street address is published.

What it is

Four GLP-1 programs — full-dose and microdose semaglutide, full-dose and microdose tirzepatide — plus NAD+, methylene blue and a couple of off-label antiparasitics. Each program is sold as medication with meal plans, workouts and nurse-practitioner support attached, and the microdose tracks hold a low fixed dose rather than titrating up.

What it actually costs

The product pages carry one figure each: $297 a month for compounded semaglutide, $497 for tirzepatide, $197 for the semaglutide microdose and $297 for the tirzepatide microdose. Those are monthly subscription rates, not prepay rates dressed as monthly, which is the right way round.

The catalog page strikes a "Regular price" of $891 through the semaglutide program's $297, and $1,500 through tirzepatide's $497. Those struck figures are three times the monthly rate — the cost of a three-month plan, not a price anyone was ever charged for a month.

Worse, on the day we read them every longer plan on all four product pages was labeled "Variant sold out or unavailable." So the catalog advertises a saving against a plan that could not be bought, while the only purchasable option was the monthly rate the saving is measured from. A struck price that was never charged is the oldest trick in this market and this is an unusually clean example of it.

Who it's wrong for

Price shoppers. At $297 a month for compounded semaglutide this sits at the expensive end of what we grade, and the program extras are the justification. Factor Health MD publishes the same drug at under a hundred dollars a month if the medication is what you are buying.

  • Wanting a terms or privacy page: no link whose path or label names one appears anywhere on the homepage we read.
  • Wanting a state list: the product page says delivery to all 50 states, which is a count and not a list.

Common questions

How much is Fierce Health semaglutide per month?

$297 a month for the full-dose program and $197 for the microdose program. Both are monthly subscription rates read from the product pages, not prepay rates divided by a plan length.

What is the $891 price on the Fierce Health catalog?

It is printed as the "Regular price" struck through beside $297, and it is exactly three months of the monthly rate. Nobody is charged $891 for one month, so the discount it implies is a plan length rather than a price cut.

Can you buy a three-month or six-month plan?

Not on the day we read the site. Every longer variant on all four GLP-1 product pages was labeled "Variant sold out or unavailable," leaving the monthly subscription as the only purchasable option.

Which states does Fierce Health serve?

It says delivery reaches all 50 states but names none of them. We read eight pages including all four GLP-1 product pages and the catalog, and found no coverage list.

Why we gave Fierce Health a C

Read the full grading rationale

The prices themselves are stated plainly — $297 a month for compounded semaglutide, $497 for tirzepatide, $197 and $297 for the two microdose tracks — and the month-to-month figure is the one on the product page, not a prepay rate wearing a monthly costume. Two things cost it. The catalog page strikes a "Regular price" of $891 through the semaglutide program's $297 and $1,500 through tirzepatide's $497; those struck figures are three times the monthly price, so the discount a shopper reads is a three-month total set against one month rather than a price that was ever charged. And on the day we read them, every longer plan on all four product pages was labeled "Variant sold out or unavailable," which leaves the monthly rate as the only thing anyone can actually buy while the catalog goes on advertising a saving against the plan that is not for sale. Eight pages were read, including the four GLP-1 product pages, the NAD+ page and the catalog. The site claims delivery to all 50 states, which is a count and not a list, and it displays a LegitScript badge. No link whose path or label names a terms, privacy or legal page appears anywhere on the homepage we read, and no street address is published on the eight pages, so no FDA screen by domain and address was possible and none is claimed.

How we reviewed Fierce Health

  • Every price here was read from Fierce Health's own product and catalog pages and is quoted verbatim in our capture file with the date.
  • We recorded the availability label on every plan variant as it stood on the day, because a discount measured against an unbuyable plan is a different fact from a discount.
  • No FDA warning-letter screen was run: no street address is published on the pages we read, and screening by brand name is not screening.
