You complete an intake, have a virtual consultation with a licensed provider, and a partner pharmacy ships the medication — the ordinary telehealth prescribing arrangement. The company says plainly that it provides no medical services itself, only a platform connecting you to an affiliated physician practice.
That practice is never named. Across sixteen documents read in full, no medical group, professional corporation, medical director or individual clinician appears anywhere. Nine pharmacies are named, which makes the silence about prescribers stranger rather than less.
The entity is Pomegranate Health LLC at a Dover, Delaware suite address, its support line is a Florida number, and its governing law is California. Three states, three roles.

What it actually costs at Pomegranate Health
Every page banners "TRANSPARENT PRICING, NO HIDDEN FEES". The subscription terms carry $150 to choose your pharmacy, $25 to cancel, $100 for a chargeback, and a threatened $500 "inconvenience fee".
That is the heart of it. The fee to pick your own pharmacy matters more than it sounds, because at this seller the pharmacy is the price. Compounded tirzepatide is $169 a month at one, $179 at another, $189 at a third and $249 at a fourth. Two more sell it by the vial rather than the month, at $129 and $189. A seventh sells it at $349 for three months. An eighth is sold out. Unless you pay the $150, which one you get is not your decision.
The product pages advertise "Starts @ $119/mo" for semaglutide and "Starts @ $159/mo" for tirzepatide. Neither figure exists at any pharmacy, on any term.
We loaded the ordering page eight times, once per pharmacy, and could not find either number. The cheapest semaglutide is $129 a month and the cheapest per-month tirzepatide is $169. These are not first-month teasers that later step up — they are headline prices with nothing behind them, which is a different and worse thing.
Two other products disagree with themselves in the opposite direction, which is at least in the buyer's favor: the NAD+ product page says $149 where the ordering page says $129, and enclomiphene is $149 on its product page and $99 on the ordering page. Four of this company's own surfaces contradict four others.
Give it this much: the ordering page is genuinely informative once you reach it. Each pharmacy card shows its own price, its own dosing unit, its own shipping surcharges for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and its own list of states it cannot ship to. We have not seen that from any other seller we review. It is also what makes a single price for this company impossible to quote honestly.
One more thing to ignore: several products, including metformin and two brand-name drugs, are listed only as "As low as $0 copay". That is an insurance-dependent claim with no cash figure attached anywhere on the site, so it tells a cash buyer nothing.
