Polly sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus NAD+ and a couple of other injectables. You complete an online intake, an independent licensed provider writes the prescription if appropriate, and a 503A compounding pharmacy ships it — the standard telehealth prescribing arrangement.
Polly recently changed its name, and its old web address now forwards to Polly's own site. The company behind it is Piper Wellness LLC, doing business as JoinPolly. Its own rebrand page says the treatment plan, pricing and deliveries remain exactly the same. Some old links survive in the footer, pointing at the former patient portal.
The company details are clean: a Miami address, Florida law, JAMS arbitration. One clause is worth noting before you need it — a written notice of claim and a 45-day wait are required before either side may start legal action.

Tirzepatide works the same way: $199 on the page, $279 month to month. The three-month plans sit between them, at $166.33 and $216 a month — the semaglutide one billing $499 at once. None of that is on the product pages. You reach it by answering ten screens of intake, which is the definition of a price that only exists once you are most of the way through checkout.
