What it actually costs at Avono Health

One figure per molecule, billed month to month: $219 for compounded semaglutide and $299 for compounded tirzepatide, with medication, clinician care, follow-up messaging and shipping inside the price.

The two claims that usually break under checking both hold here. The rate does not rise as the dose rises inside the program — the page says the same figure applies at every standard dose level a clinician prescribes — and there is no membership fee, which the page states three separate times without hedging it anywhere else. That absence is worth more than it sounds: what a telehealth membership actually buys is the single most common reason a headline price on these sites is only part of the bill. There is no prepayment discount dangled beside the monthly rate either, so no cheaper number competes with the one it leads with.

It also does something almost no seller we review does: it writes down the category's tricks and says it does not run them. A section headed around the observation that an advertised GLP-1 price often is not that price lists a membership fee charged on top of the medication, an introductory rate good for the first month only, a lowest price that requires six or twelve months up front, and a bill that steps up with each dose increase. Every one of those is a real pattern we have graded other sellers down for.

Two products sit outside the two priced plans and are quoted as floors rather than rates: a separate lower-dose program starting at one hundred and fifty-nine dollars a month, and oral options starting at two hundred and eighty-nine. Neither is a cheaper version of the main program — the page is explicit that the lower-dose program is its own thing and not a required step — and neither carries a ladder we could read.

Nothing we read names a compounding pharmacy, publishes a state list or gives a postal address. The pharmacies are described only as state-licensed US compounders.
