Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, each sold as an injection and as a daily tablet, through an online assessment reviewed by a physician. No insurance, no in-person visit, and — unusually — no subscription: the site says so on the pricing page and repeats it on each product page. A daily oral GLP-1 is a different regimen from a weekly shot, and both are priced the same here.

What it actually costs at DrMedHealth
"Every dose, one flat price — $199/mo GLP-1 · $299/mo GIP/GLP-1." The pricing page says the figure covers the physician consultation, the medication, the supplies and free shipping, with no hidden fees and no subscription.
There is no ladder to read past, which is worth more than it sounds. On most sites the advertised number is an annual rate divided by twelve and the real one is two clicks away; here the number on the homepage, the pricing page and each product page is the same number. The oral tablet costs the same as the injection, which is also not the norm. A flat price at every dose removes the second most common surprise in compounded billing.
What we would not rely on is the framing. A scrolling strip on every page reads "⏰ Limited Time! GLP-1 $199/mo" with no end date and no post-offer figure, which means the site's only price is described as temporary and nothing says what it becomes.
Who it's wrong for
Anyone who needs coverage confirmed in writing before starting: the site claims all fifty states as a badge and names none of them, and a count is not a list. Belle Health names the pharmacies behind each product if the supply chain is the part you want disclosed.
- Shopping the bottom of the market: $199 is mid-market for compounded semaglutide, and several sellers we grade publish a lower uncommitted figure.
