What we like

Twelve products carry a price on one public page, which is more than most sellers in this market publish anywhere.
Both compounded drugs and all three brand-name GLP-1s are priced, so nothing is quoted while its rival is left blank.
The longevity line is priced on the same page and at the same level of detail: $275 for NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and PT-141, and $109 for B12.
The legal entity, its state of incorporation and its address are all stated in its own terms, and the FAQ names its pharmacies and medical group.

What could be better

Every figure is a promotional one. The site never publishes the ordinary price or the date the promotion ends.
No plan term appears on any product. Nothing says whether $199 is a month or a rate that assumes a longer commitment.

The homepage adds a $100 welcome credit at checkout, and its own FAQ says pricing is confirmed after the consultation, so treat the listed figures as a starting point.

"2026 Promo Applied!" runs across every page. Synergy Rx never publishes what any of it costs without that promotion, or when the promotion ends — a variation on the starting-at price whose conditions are never stated. Zera Health runs a sale banner carrying two different end dates, one of them already past.

Who it's wrong for

You're budgeting past this month — you'd be quoted a promotional rate with no way to find out what follows it.
You want a named list of states. The FAQ claims all 50 and says you're matched with a provider in your state "if available", without saying where that fails.
You want the ordinary price rather than the promoted one — Green Cap Health prints the rate that follows its discount directly under it.
You are chasing a banner figure — Lemonaid Health advertises one that matches no plan on its own site, which is worth checking before you sign up.

And if you land on the products page without clicking around, you'll see a longevity catalog and assume it doesn't sell weight-loss drugs. It does — they're one tab across.
