Tirzepatide runs $239 at 2.5 mg up to $439 at 12.5 mg and above on the same-dose bundles. Six-month bundles bring the tirzepatide figure down to $179 a month. Citizen Meds builds an identical ladder and publishes it the same way.

By the time most people reach a therapeutic dose they are paying $249. Tirzepatide behaves the same way, from $239 up to $439.
