Blis MD review
Graded on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade · how we verify prices
Blis MD's pricing page prints $109 a month for compounded semaglutide. Its own product page shows that is the starting dose, and the figure climbs to $189 by 2.5 mg a week.
Both figures are Blis MD's own, from two of its own pages. The $109 buys a 1 mg vial at the starting dose; the price rises with every step up the ladder, and the pricing page does not mention that it does.

The verdict
The product pages are among the most honest dose ladders in this market. The pricing page flattens them into one cheap number, and the peptide prices contradict themselves.

Pros and cons
What we like
- The product pages publish a full dose ladder with the vial size and the weekly dose spelled out on every rung, which is more detail than most sellers give at any price.
- Three-month kits are priced and named, with the stated saving beside them, so the bundle is comparable to the monthly rung.
- Testosterone, peptides and GLP-1s are each priced individually rather than folded into a program with an unnamed drug inside it.
- Products can be bought one time rather than only on a subscription.
What could be better
- The pricing page presents the cheapest rung of a dose ladder as the price of the plan, with no dose named.
- The pricing page and the peptides page publish different prices for BPC-157 and sermorelin on the same day.
- No compounding pharmacy is named on any page we read.
- No state coverage list and no street address appear anywhere, so the company behind the brand is not identifiable from its own pages.
What it is
A shop-style telehealth seller: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by vial size, testosterone, and a full peptide catalog running BPC-157, sermorelin, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin, tesamorelin, NAD+, GHK-Cu and other copper peptides. Everything is bought like a product rather than joined like a program.

What it actually costs
The semaglutide product page prices a one-month supply by dose: $109 at 0.25 mg a week, $129 at 0.5 mg, $149 at 1 mg, $169 at 1.5 mg, $189 at 2.5 mg. The pricing page prints one card reading "$109 /month" with no dose attached.
That is the whole finding. Titration is the normal course of treatment, so the number most people end up paying is somewhere above the one on the pricing page. Tirzepatide runs the same shape, $159 at 2.5 mg a week up to $270 at 15 mg. A seller that charges the same price at every dose is making a different promise, and it is worth knowing which one you are buying.
The peptide prices disagree with themselves. The pricing page lists BPC-157 at "Starting at $149/mo" and sermorelin at "$179/mo"; the comparison table on the peptides page prices the same two at $199/mo and $249/mo. Both pages were read the same day.
Who it's wrong for
Anybody budgeting off the pricing page. Read the product page instead and take the dose you expect to reach, not the one you start on. The way a dose ladder changes what a month really costs is the part this site presents least clearly.
- Wanting a named pharmacy: none of the eight pages we read names who compounds the medication.
- Wanting your state confirmed first: no coverage list appears anywhere.

Common questions
How much is Blis MD semaglutide per month?
It depends on the dose. A one-month supply is $109 at 0.25 mg a week and rises through $129, $149 and $169 to $189 at 2.5 mg a week. The pricing page shows only the $109 figure.
Does the price go up as the dose increases?
Yes. The product pages price each vial size separately and the cost climbs with every step up the ladder, for both semaglutide and tirzepatide. The pricing page card does not mention this.
Why do two Blis MD pages show different peptide prices?
We do not know, and the site does not explain it. On the day we read them, the pricing page listed BPC-157 at $149 a month and sermorelin at $179, while the peptides page comparison table priced the same two at $199 and $249.
Which states does Blis MD serve?
It does not say. We read eight pages, including the pricing page and the peptide catalog, and none publishes a coverage list, so eligibility is settled during signup.
Why we gave Blis MD a C
Read the full grading rationale
Blis MD's product pages are excellent and its pricing page contradicts them. Open the semaglutide product page and you get a full dose ladder — $109 at 0.25 mg a week rising to $189 at 2.5 mg — with the vial size and the weekly dose spelled out on every rung; tirzepatide runs $159 to $270 the same way. Open the pricing page and semaglutide is a single card reading "$109 /month" with no dose attached, which is the cheapest rung of a ladder presented as the price of the plan. The peptide section is worse: the pricing page lists BPC-157 at "Starting at $149/mo" and sermorelin at "$179/mo", while the comparison table on the peptides page prices the same two at $199/mo and $249/mo on the same day. Eight pages were read — the homepage, the pricing page, the peptides page, and the semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone, sermorelin and NAD+ product pages. No compounding pharmacy is named, no state coverage list appears, and no street address is published on any of them, so no FDA screen by domain and address was possible and none is claimed.
How we reviewed Blis MD
- Every figure here was read from Blis MD's own product, pricing and peptide pages and is quoted verbatim in our capture file with the date.
- We recorded both peptide prices rather than picking one, because the disagreement between two of the seller's own pages is the finding.
- No FDA warning-letter screen was run: no street address is published on the pages we read, and screening by brand name is not screening.
