The pricing tab on each product page has four rows, and each row names the term, the per-month equivalent and the amount actually charged: monthly $230, quarterly $540 which is $180 a month, six months $900 at $150 a month, annual $1,440 at $120 a month. Tirzepatide runs $330, $675, $1,170 and $2,040 the same way.
The problem is the hero above it. It prints $180 in large type with "Original price $230" struck through underneath — the grammar of a discount, applied to two different billing terms. A struck price that was never charged tells a reader they are saving $50 when what they are actually doing is committing to a quarter.
