Five partner pharmacies are named in the terms with street addresses and phone numbers, which is unusually specific. The medical practice that employs the prescribers is never named — the terms define it and stop there, on the arm's-length structure this market runs on.

What it actually costs at Willow
Each product page prints one figure and nothing else: $299 a month for either semaglutide form, $399 for either tirzepatide form. No asterisk, no dose note, no plan ladder.
Three other pages qualify those figures. The comparison table asterisks both figures with pricing varies based on treatment plan and dosage. The FAQ says costs vary by dosage and prescription. And the terms authorize Willow to increase the subscription fee if your prescription changes, giving a dosage increase as the example. The changed amount must be disclosed before charging, with any consent required by law.
The site describes gradual dose increases, but the pages we read do not show a dose-by-dose price table. Before subscribing, ask what your treatment will cost as the dose changes.
The FAQ says a platform fee applies if you use your own pharmacy, where you also pay for medication directly. No amount is given there. For the included Willow program, the FAQ separately says there are no additional fees.
Cancel by messaging the care team at least two business days before your next processing date to avoid the next charge. The FAQ promises a full refund within five to ten business days if you cancel before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. Late requests apply to the next cycle. The terms also provide account cancellation; confirm that your request has taken effect.
Who it's wrong for
- Skip it if you need a fixed cost. Ask what the price becomes at the dose you are likely to reach, because the terms reserve the right to change it and the product page does not mention that.
- The comparison page presents Dr. Green's opinion. The terms identify him as Willow's chief medical officer with an equity interest; consider that financial relationship when reading the comparison.
- Check the list before anything else. Several large states are absent from it, and the page names no exclusions — so a reader in a state that is not on it learns that only by its absence.
- If a genuinely dose-independent price is what you want, The Edit says the price is the same at every dose in writing.
