What it is
A women's-health telehealth service that added weight management to birth control, acne and menopause. A provider licensed in your state reviews an intake and writes a plan — the asynchronous model most of this market runs on — then you fill it. Branded GLP-1 pens are picked up in person; Nurx does not ship them.
That makes it a prescriber, not a seller of drugs. PlushCare works the same way, and so does Calibrate, which bills your insurance instead. The difference is what each of them publishes about the part they do not control.

Two fees, both stated under one heading: $79 to be evaluated, charged whether or not anything is prescribed, and $79 a month afterward for a provider to manage the medication. Nurx adds that the monthly fee cannot be billed to insurance.
The pen figures — $1000 for Zepbound, $1300 for Wegovy, $650 for Victoza — are labeled on average and for the lowest dose. They are what a pharmacy charges, not what Nurx charges, and the page tells you to ring your pharmacy to confirm.
Oral plans are the cheap route: metformin at $15 a month, bupropion with naltrexone at $60, a three-drug capsule from $75. Those Nurx does ship. How we date and source every figure on this site applies to all of them equally.
