What it is
HumeCare+ sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with glycine and B vitamins, bundled with a body-composition scale it calls the Hume Pod and an app. Hume Health Care LLC runs the platform; prescribing is done by an outside group its terms call a Clinical Network and never name — how most telehealth prescriptions are written, minus the name.

What it actually costs at HumeCare+
The program page says "$199/month, billed monthly" and its FAQ says "It starts at $199 for the first 4-week supply, then $199/mo." The checkout, forty screens into the signup, disagrees. Select a plan and it shows two numbers and a total: semaglutide is "$199 /mo • first month, $279/mo after" on the plan it calls "Most Flexible" ($757 for three months), $179 then $249 on the six-month plan ($1,424), and $169 then $199 on the annual plan ($2,358). Tirzepatide runs $299 to $379, $279 to $349 and $269 to $299. The program page's $199 is true only of the annual plan from month two. A first-month price is not a monthly price.
Until you select a plan, each card shows only its first-month price beside a struck-through figure — and the struck-through figure is what you pay from month two.
The terms describe one membership price that covers the consultations and the medication, but carve a non-refundable "clinical consultation fee assessed at enrollment and each refill" out of the money-back promise without saying how much of your payment it is. They also allow extra charges for some doses or formulations, while the checkout says "Same Price. All Dosage Levels."
Who it's wrong for
Anyone buying on the guarantee. The homepage promises your money back if you don't lose 10% in six months; the checkout says 90 days; the terms refund only if you lose no measurable weight at all in 90 days, log every dose, and never cancel — and keep the consultation fee either way. Oak also gives two answers to its own price question.
- You live in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana or Mississippi — its coverage page lists all four as unavailable, though its program page names only three.
