The checkout, forty screens into the intake, disagrees: semaglutide is "$199 /mo • first month, $279/mo after", tirzepatide $299 then $379. That's on the plan it calls "Most Flexible, No commitment" — which it also calls a 3-Month Plan and totals at $757 for semaglutide. A first-month price is not a monthly price.

Anyone buying on the guarantee.
