Graded on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade · how we verify prices

The verdict
The real monthly price is fair and does not climb with your dose, but Wellmedr makes you finish a 28-screen signup to see it, while its public pages put the 12-month prepaid rate under the words "Monthly Plan".

Pros and cons
What we like
- The month-to-month price stays the same at every dose, and the plan screen says it never increases.
- You do not have to prepay to get a reasonable price: $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide, month to month.
- The plan screen shows the full charge for every prepaid plan, such as $588 billed today for 12 months of semaglutide.
- The refund policy is detailed. You get an automatic full refund if the clinician does not approve you, and you can cancel online, by email or by phone without a retention call.
- A pharmacy is named, Mycelium Pharmacy, and the company's legal name and street address appear in its policy.
What could be better
- The public pages label the 12-month prepaid rate "Monthly Plan". The month-to-month price only appears after a 28-screen signup.
- You have to give your name, email, phone and a shipping address before you see any price.
- The refund policy describes a 21-day plan, up to 18 charges a year, that the checkout never mentions. The terms list monthly, 3-month and 6-month cycles instead.
- The terms say consultation fees are non-refundable once you submit your intake, while the refund policy promises a full refund if the clinician does not approve you.
- The savings figures on the plan screen do not reconcile with the month-to-month prices beside them.
- No state list is published.
What it is
Wellmedr is an online weight-loss service that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections, plus brand-name Ozempic and Zepbound and a few side lines: NAD+, testosterone, hair and sexual-health products. Wellmedr LLC, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, runs the website and billing. Prescribing goes through OpenLoop Health and other clinician networks, and the tirzepatide page names Mycelium Pharmacy as the pharmacy that fills orders.
Expect a second name along the way. The sign-up flow, the checkout and parts of the weight-loss page call the service "welludoc" or "Wellmedoc", while the main site and the legal pages say Wellmedr.

What it actually costs at Wellmedr
Month to month: $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide. The $49 and $89 on the public pages are 12-month plans paid in one charge of $588 or $1,068.
The weight-loss page shows two plan cards labeled "Monthly Plan": semaglutide "Starting At $49 a month" and tirzepatide "Starting At $89 a month". A banner says a fall sale applies those prices at checkout. On the plan screen at the end of the signup, those same figures turn out to be the 12-month prepaid rate, billed in full on day one. The plan screen calls the actual month-to-month option, at $99 and $129, "Lowest industry pricing".
To its credit, the plan screen spells all of this out clearly. Each plan shows what you pay today, and the month-to-month option says the price stays the same at every dose and never goes up. Wellmedr's own FAQ also says a per-month figure on a prepaid plan is the total divided by the months, not a monthly bill. The savings lines are less reliable: "save $1,062" on the 12-month semaglutide plan does not work out against the $99 monthly price printed on the same screen.
Then there is the billing cycle. The refund policy describes a "21-Day Plan" that renews every 21 days, up to 18 charges a year, alongside 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. The checkout says it will charge you monthly and never mentions 21 days. Ask which cycle you are on before you pay.
Who it's wrong for
- Anyone comparing prices from the public pages. The $49 and $89 you see there are not what one month costs.
- Anyone who wants to see the price before giving out contact details. The plan screen comes after your name, email, phone and shipping address.
- Anyone who needs written confirmation that their state is covered. The FAQ says only that it is "expanding rapidly" and checks eligibility at sign-up.
- Anyone who wants a refund after the pharmacy starts filling. From that point, medication and completed visits are not refundable.
How Wellmedr works
A long health questionnaire
Height and weight, goals, medical history, current medications, blood pressure and heart rate, mixed in with motivational screens.
Contact details before any price
Name, shipping state, email and phone, plus agreeing to the terms, which include arbitration. The text-message box is optional.
Shipping address, then the plan screen
Four plans per drug, each showing what you pay today. This is the first place the month-to-month price appears.
Pay, then the clinician reviews
Payment is taken at checkout before review. If the clinician does not approve you, the policy says the full payment is refunded automatically.

Common questions
How much does Wellmedr cost per month?
Month to month, $99 for compounded semaglutide and $129 for compounded tirzepatide, the same at every dose. Paying up front lowers the monthly equivalent, down to $49 and $89 on the 12-month plans.
Is the $49 Wellmedr price really monthly?
No. The $49 semaglutide figure is the 12-month plan, charged as $588 on the day you order. The public page labels it "Monthly Plan", but paying month by month costs $99.
Does the Wellmedr price go up with the dose?
No. Every plan on the plan screen says the price is the same at any prescribed dose, and the month-to-month plan says the price never goes up.
How often does Wellmedr bill you?
The checkout says it charges monthly until you cancel. Its refund policy also describes a 21-day plan that renews every 21 days, so confirm your billing cycle in writing before you pay.
Can you get a refund from Wellmedr?
If the clinician does not approve you, the policy promises a full automatic refund within seven business days. Once the pharmacy starts preparing your prescription, the medication and completed visits are not refundable.
Which pharmacy does Wellmedr use?
Its tirzepatide product page says prescriptions are filled and shipped by Mycelium Pharmacy. Its FAQ says to check your prescription label for the dispensing pharmacy.
Who runs Wellmedr?

Why we gave Wellmedr a C
Read the full grading rationale
The real month-to-month price is fair and flat at every dose: $99 for compounded semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide. But you only see it after the full signup. The public pages sell $49 and $89 under the words "Monthly Plan", and those are the 12-month plans paid up front. The refund policy describes a 21-day plan that the checkout never mentions, and no state list is published.
