A three-lane telehealth brand: weight loss, longevity and sexual health, each with its own landing page and its own headline rate. The weight-loss lane sells compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide and a daily oral semaglutide.
The pages state plainly that the medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved, which is the disclosure this category is supposed to carry and often does not.

What it actually costs at Nolu
Semaglutide $149, oral semaglutide $159, tirzepatide $229 — and every one of those carries the phrase "on our 12-month plan" directly underneath it, in the same block, at readable size.
That is the only pricing on offer. No one-month, three-month or six-month figure appears on the weight-loss page, the homepage or the pricing FAQ, which answers "How much does it cost?" by repeating the annual floor.
Printing the qualifier beside the number is genuinely better practice than a footnote. But an annual rate is the number a reader can act on least, and what you pay if you cancel after a month is the one thing we grade on.
Who it's wrong for
