Sprout Health charges $149 every four weeks for compounded semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide, month to month. The $99 and $149 headlines are 12-month plans paid up front.

The verdict

One price per drug at every dose, with the visit and shipping included, and the month-to-month figure printed right under the headline. Just know that "monthly" means every four weeks, and the cheap headline is a year paid in advance.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • The month-to-month price is printed on the homepage, directly under the 12-month headline, for both drugs.
  • One price at every dose, so the bill does not climb as the dose goes up.
  • The clinician visit, medication and shipping are inside the price, and the terms say no consultation fee is added at checkout.
  • The terms name the prescriber network and two pharmacies, which many sellers never do.
  • A published list of the 44 states it serves.
  • A written refund ladder, including pro-rated refunds for unshipped months on a prepaid plan.

What could be better

  • "Monthly" is billed every four weeks, which adds a thirteenth charge each year.
  • The 3-month and 6-month plans named in its refund policy carry no public price.
  • Two different company addresses: Houston on most pages, Encinitas, California on the NAD+ and refund pages.
  • The terms were last updated in March 2025 and send disputes to arbitration in Michigan, a third state.
  • An FDA warning letter in September 2025 over a claim that its GLP-1s were FDA-approved. The claim is no longer on the site.
  • No state is excluded at the first step of the signup; the state list lives only in the terms.

What it is

An online clinic that sells two compounded GLP-1s, semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus compounded NAD+ injections. Prescriptions come from clinicians in the MD Integrations network, and its terms name two pharmacies, Foothills Pharmacy and Promise Pharmacy. The company is Sprout Health Partners LLC. The medication is compounded, not brand-name, and the site says so on nearly every screen.

The site claims 20,000+ customers since 2025 and a 4.1 rating on Trustpilot. In September 2025 the FDA sent Sprout a warning letter over a line on its website saying GLP-1 medications are FDA-approved, which implied its compounded versions were. That line is gone, and the current pages state the opposite plainly.

What it actually costs at Sprout Health

Month to month: $149 every four weeks for semaglutide, $199 for tirzepatide. Same price at any dose, visit and shipping included.

The homepage leads with $99 a month for semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide. Both are the 12-month plan, billed $1,188 and $1,788 up front, and the page says that in the same line rather than in a footnote. The monthly plan sits directly underneath. That is better than most of this market, where the headline is a prepay rate wearing a monthly label and the real number takes a signup to find.

The catch is the billing cycle. The monthly plan is charged every four weeks, so a year of it is thirteen charges, not twelve: about $1,937 for semaglutide against $1,188 on the yearly plan. The refund policy also mentions 3-month and 6-month plans that no public page prices.

Leaving is spelled out. You get a full refund if you cancel before a clinician reviews your intake, the charge minus a $50 review fee after the review but before the pharmacy gets the prescription, and nothing once it has gone to the pharmacy. On a prepaid plan, unshipped months are refunded at the per-month rate you actually paid. Cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date or that charge still goes through.

Who it's wrong for

  • Anyone in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi or North Dakota. The terms list 44 states it serves and those six are not among them.
  • Anyone who wants the low headline price without paying for a year up front. The $99 semaglutide rate is the 12-month plan; month to month is $149 every four weeks.
  • Anyone who wants a brand-name GLP-1. Sprout sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide only.
  • Anyone who wants a recent contract. The terms carry a last-updated date of March 2025, older than the current prices, and point disputes to arbitration in Michigan.

How Sprout Health works

  1. An online health questionnaire

Height and weight, shipping state, date of birth, then screens on conditions, heart health, other medications and past GLP-1 use.

  2. Pick a drug and a plan

Semaglutide or tirzepatide, monthly or the 12-month plan. The price is the same at every dose.

  3. A clinician reviews it

A licensed clinician in the MD Integrations network decides whether to prescribe. If you are turned down, the order is canceled and refunded.

  4. A pharmacy ships it

Most prescriptions reach the pharmacy within two business days and ship in three to seven.

  5. A check-in before each refill

Each refill waits on a short questionnaire so the clinician can review progress and adjust the dose.

Common questions

How much does Sprout Health cost per month?

Month to month, compounded semaglutide is $149 and tirzepatide is $199, each billed every four weeks and the same at any dose. On the 12-month plan they work out to $99 and $149 a month, paid up front as $1,188 and $1,788.

Is the Sprout Health $99 price real?

Yes, but only on the 12-month plan, which is billed $1,188 at once and renews until you cancel. The homepage says so in the same line, and the monthly plan is $149 every four weeks.

Does the Sprout Health price go up with the dose?

No. The homepage says the price is the same at any dose for both semaglutide and tirzepatide, on the monthly plan and the 12-month plan alike.

Which states does Sprout Health serve?

Its terms list 44 states. It does not serve Alabama, Arkansas, California, Louisiana, Mississippi or North Dakota.

Can I get a refund from Sprout Health?

A full refund if you cancel before a clinician reviews your intake, a partial one after the review but before the pharmacy gets the prescription, and none after that. On a prepaid plan, unshipped months are refunded at the rate you paid.

Has Sprout Health had an FDA warning letter?

Yes. In September 2025 the FDA wrote to Sprout Health Partners LLC about a website line saying GLP-1 medications are FDA-approved, which implied its compounded products were. That line is no longer on the site.

Who prescribes and fills Sprout Health medication?

Clinicians in the MD Integrations network prescribe, and the terms name Foothills Pharmacy and Promise Pharmacy as the pharmacies that fill.

Why we gave Sprout Health a B

Read the full grading rationale

The month-to-month price sits on the homepage beside the headline: $149 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide, same at any dose, visit and shipping included. The $99 and $149 headlines are twelve-month prepaid plans, and the page says so. It holds at B because "monthly" is billed every four weeks, the 3- and 6-month plans its refund policy mentions carry no public price, and two pages print two different company addresses.
