What it is
Raeliva is a cash-pay telehealth brand selling compounded GLP-1s and three longevity products. The website is a marketing site and says so: Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC runs it as a marketing site and is "not the provider of medical or pharmacy services." The medicine is done by Lion MDs, an independent practice, and the intake, scheduling, prescription routing and billing run on a platform operated by CareValidate Incorporated. That split is the standard arrangement behind most telehealth GLP-1 prescriptions, and Raeliva is unusually direct about naming each piece of it.
There are nine products: semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections, both again as dissolving tablets, a microdose version of each, and NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione. Each one has its own page with its own price.
The company behind it is named plainly, which is rarer than it should be. The terms open with "Raeliva, owned by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC, a California limited liability company located at 4993 Niagara Ave, Suite 206, San Diego, CA 92107" — and that same entity and address sit in the footer of every page, in the arbitration opt-out clause and in the notice-of-dispute clause. California law governs, the venue is San Diego County, and there is a 30-day opt-out from arbitration.

What it actually costs at Raeliva
The month-to-month price is on every product page, under a heading that reads "Monthly plan" and a line that reads "the same every month": $219 for semaglutide, $299 for tirzepatide, $149 for either microdose.
The hero on the semaglutide page says "as low as $150/month." That is the six-month plan, $900 taken in one charge. What makes Raeliva different from most sellers we review is that it says so itself, in its FAQ: "Upfront, as a single charge. The monthly figure we show for a multi-month plan is the effective rate — what the total works out to per month — not a monthly payment." That sentence is the difference between a disclosure and the kind of “starting at” price that only exists at checkout.
The rest of the ladder is printed the same way. Semaglutide is $219 month to month, $500 for three months or $900 for six. Tirzepatide is $299, $800 and $1,450. The dissolving tablets cost more than the injections — $260 for semaglutide and $359 for tirzepatide month to month — which is worth knowing, because on most sites the tablet is sold as the cheaper option. NAD+ and sermorelin are both $179 a month with a four-step ladder down to $117 if you buy a year.
The price does not move when the dose does: "Same price at every dose. Your monthly price does not go up when your provider raises your dose."
That last promise matters more than it sounds. A dose-linked price is the most common hidden cost in this category, and several sellers we have read raise the charge two or three times over a titration. Raeliva's FAQ also lists what the money buys — "your provider consultation and prescription, the medication itself, refill coordination, shipping, and ongoing access to the clinical team" — and says there is no separate membership fee, with lab work the one thing that may be billed separately and only after you are told.
Who it's wrong for
- Anyone who reads only the top of the page. "As low as $150" is a $900 payment, and the number you pay month to month is $219.
- Anyone who needs to know their state is served. It claims its clinicians are licensed in all fifty and enumerates none, and a count is not a list.
- Anyone shopping the dissolving tablets on price. They cost more here than the injections, not less.
- Anyone who wants a US forum for a dispute. Arbitration is mandatory in San Diego County, with a liability cap of one hundred dollars — though there is a 30-day opt-out, which is more than most offer.
