One button, no email address, no form. It takes effect on this page immediately and clears the analytics cookies already in this browser.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, you don’t need this button. We read that signal on every page load and switch measurement off before the first analytics call fires.

What we would have to be doing to owe you more than this

California’s definition of a “sale” is broad: it covers handing personal information to another business for anything of value, not just for cash. “Sharing” is narrower and more specific — it means passing information to another business so it can target ads to you across other sites.

Neither happens here, and the reason is structural rather than promissory:

• No advertising signals. The three Google Consent Mode signals that would make analytics data usable for advertising — ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization — are set to denied on every page load, and no code on this site ever turns them on.
• No ad tech. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no social buttons, and no data-broker scripts on this site. Google Analytics is the only third-party tag we load at all.
• Nothing to sell. We have no accounts, no email list, no forms and no lead capture. The only information about you that reaches us is ordinary web measurement, and we have no way to connect it to your name.

Under those settings Google Analytics processes measurement data on our behalf and for our purposes, which is the service-provider relationship the law contemplates, not a sale.

What we have actually done, not just what we intend

In the twelve months before the date at the top of this page we sold no personal information and shared none for cross-context behavioral advertising. Not a reduced amount — none. We have never had a data-broker relationship, never run an ad network on this site, and never had an advertising signal switched on to sell against in the first place.

The same is true of sensitive personal information, which under California’s definition covers health data. We collect none of it, so there is nothing to limit the use of, and the right to limit it has nothing here to bite on.

If you're not in California

A dozen other states now give residents an opt-out right that works the same way — Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and Delaware among them, each under its own act. We are not going to make you find out which one covers you: the button on this page is the control for all of them, it needs no email address, and it works the same whoever you are.

Several of those acts also give you the right to appeal a decision we make on a request. Reply to whatever we sent you and a person reads it again. The privacy policy lists the full set of rights and what each one means here.

Requests to know, delete, or correct

Here is the part most sites gloss over. We hold no account, no email address, and no identifier that points at a person, so there is no record to look up under your name, nothing to correct, and nothing to hand over. Building a request form that asked for your name and address so we could search for you would collect more personal information than this site holds in the first place.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of this. There is no logged-in experience to degrade and no price to change; the site is identical with measurement on or off.

Sensitive personal information

This site covers weight-loss prescriptions and peptides, so it is worth saying outright: we never ask what you take, what you weigh, what you have been diagnosed with, or who prescribes for you. Telehealth Graded is not a pharmacy, a prescriber, or a telehealth service, and it collects no health information of any kind.

When you click through to a provider, you leave this site and enter theirs. Anything you tell them — and telehealth intake forms ask for a great deal — is governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We never see it.

Authorized agents

An agent may submit a request on your behalf by email, with written permission from you. Given that there is no personal record to retrieve, the practical outcome is the same as clicking the button yourself.
