Every GLP-1 it sells has a recurring monthly figure, not a first-month teaser — six drugs, six numbers, all on drug pages anyone can read.
Membership and medication are separated explicitly, and the medication line says billed separately rather than leaving it implied.
The plan rates sit beside the month-to-month rate instead of replacing it, so the $299 is never disguised as $229.
One product routes to the manufacturer's own pharmacy at the manufacturer's own price, which is a seller declining to mark something up.

What could be better

The sitewide banner advertises $129 a month and no plan on the site costs $129.
The cost FAQ differs by page: the fullest version is on the branded drug pages, and the compounded tirzepatide page shows one line with no plan rates.
The state claims contradict each other — all 50 on the homepage, not yet all 50 in the weight-loss FAQ — and no list appears on either.

What it is

A general telehealth service — mental health, men's health, women's health — with a weight-loss line bolted on. The structure is the honest one: a flat $49 monthly membership buys the care, and the medication is billed on top, in its own figure, whether that is a compounded vial or a branded pen.

Skip it if you want one company on the hook. Four separate professional entities deliver the care under this brand name, and the mailing address is printed three different ways across the legal pages.
That banner is not a one-off, either. WePeptideRx advertises two figures its own catalog never charges.
Pricing the branded pens rather than the compounded plans: Levity sells all three at close to cash price and prints the recurring figure beside the first-month one.
