What it is
A large women's telehealth brand that added weight care to a catalog built around contraception, UTIs and STI treatment. You buy a consult; a provider decides what, if anything, to prescribe. Most of what they prescribe is a branded pen sent to your local pharmacy, which puts the asynchronous review most online prescriptions run on between you and the drug.
One compounded product is sold directly: sublingual semaglutide drops. Everything else is a brand name, so the difference between a compounded vial and an FDA-approved pen decides which half of this catalog you are shopping in.
The semaglutide eligibility list requires that you were assigned female at birth. It is the fourth bullet in a collapsed FAQ, not anywhere on the product card.

What it actually costs
The shop grid prices four things: the consult at $99, compounded sublingual semaglutide drops at $225 a month, metabolic support capsules from $54, and metformin for PCOS from $24.
The $99 is not a one-off. Three weeks in, the card on file is authorized for another $99 so a provider can review progress before the first refill. That is a recurring consult fee sitting on top of whatever the pharmacy charges, which is a different shape of headline price from the ones that quote a drug and stop.
