What it actually costs at TeleWellnessMD
Every GLP-1 listing is labeled by month, so a careful reader can piece together the full ladder before paying anything — semaglutide climbs across four steps, tirzepatide across six. What climbs is a compounded drug, not the approved brand, and the difference between the two is not a saving alone.
Nothing on the page states that the price rises with the dose. You have to read the month labels yourself to see it — the opposite of the fixed-price promise several rivals lead with. Green Cap Health holds one rate at any dose, and NiceRx says the same on both its GLP-1 pages.
Who it's wrong for
If your budget is built on the first month's number, this seller will surprise you by month four. Titrating up to a full tirzepatide dose very nearly triples the catalog price, and TeleWellnessMD doesn't summarize that anywhere — you have to read the ladder yourself. A first-month figure standing in for a whole course is the pattern to watch for, here and everywhere else.
