Ivologist is a Texas telehealth company selling compounded GLP-1s, hormone therapy, peptides and longevity programs, with a mobile IV service in San Antonio and El Paso on the side. The weight-loss side is organized by product rather than by program: separate pages for injectable semaglutide, injectable tirzepatide, an oral liquid, a microdosing track and a non-drug holistic plan. Prescribing is by licensed providers who review each plan, which is how most telehealth GLP-1 prescriptions are written now.
It names itself without being hunted for. The terms open "We are Ivologist Weight Loss Center, LLC, doing business as Ivologist ... a limited liability company registered in Texas," choose Texas law, put any arbitration in Texas, and give a Boerne mailing address. That is more than roughly a fifth of the sellers we review manage.
The semaglutide page describes titration from 0.25 to 0.75 mg and the tirzepatide page from 2.5 to 7.5 mg, adjusted to tolerance and response. The subscription cards show figures over 11 and 12 weeks respectively; separate prepaid cards are labeled three months paid in full.

What it actually costs at Ivologist
The recurring price is on the product page, one line under the introductory one: $149 a month for compounded semaglutide, $249 for tirzepatide.
The semaglutide card shows $199 struck through, $124 beside it with the words "first mo." underneath, and then "Then $149/month" on the following line. Tirzepatide runs the same way: $299 struck, $224 first month, $249 after. That second line is the part most sellers we review leave out entirely, and it is the difference between a disclosure and the kind of “starting at” price that only exists at checkout. The fine print under both says the price covers clinician review, medication and supplies, and that the discount applies to the first order only.
The prepaid alternatives are labeled three months paid in full: $397 for semaglutide and $697 for tirzepatide, shown against struck $497 and $797 prices. It publishes two different answers to the one question a shopper has to settle first: whether it can prescribe where they live.
A banner on every page reads "Nationwide Weight & Metabolic Care via Telehealth - All 50 States", and the homepage repeats "Serving all 50 States." Its own FAQ then answers "What states is Ivologist available in?" with "Ivologist telehealth programs are available in most US states, and availability can vary by treatment. Your state is confirmed during intake." Those cannot both be true. Most states is not all states, and a company that qualifies its own claim in its FAQ has told you the banner is marketing.
