What could be better
- The homepage hero advertises a monthly figure roughly one tenth of the product cards printed below it on the same page, and nothing on the site explains the difference.
- Three legal pages give three different company-name-and-address pairs, one of which is the contracted pharmacy's own address.
- Lab costs are excluded from the monthly fee, which is stated only inside a collapsed FAQ.
- A dosage-pricing control on the product pages did not render anything when clicked, so whether per-dose rates exist is unresolved.
What it is
A brand-only seller. No compounded vials, no microdoses — just Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro, at the prices branded pens actually cost, with the prescription, the clinical consultation and the shipping folded into one monthly number. That is the opposite bet from most of this market, which sells the compounded version.
The clinical chain is disclosed better than almost anything else on this roster: a named prescribing physician with an NPI number, a named head of pharmacy with a license number, and two named dispensing pharmacies with state license numbers and expiry dates. The company also says outright that it has run a sister pharmacy brand since 2019.

What it actually costs
Ozempic is $1,199 a month, Mounjaro $1,299, Wegovy $1,599. Each product page prints the recurring rate beside the discounted first month, and each page's own FAQ repeats the recurring figure in a sentence. Three drugs, three numbers, cross-confirmed in two places each.
Then the homepage hero says first month from $129, and $179 a month thereafter — on the same page whose product cards read $1,149 to $1,599. Nothing reconciles a tenfold gap, and the low pair appears nowhere else on the site.
Blood work is not required to start, and the FAQ says lab costs are not covered by the fee. A dosage-pricing control on the product pages did not reveal anything beyond the single monthly figure when we clicked it, so we are not claiming there is nothing behind it — only that we could not make it render.
Who it's wrong for
- Skip it if four figures a month is not your budget. This is the branded pen at close to its cash price, and there is no cheaper tier hiding anywhere.
- Skip it if you live in California, Delaware or any of the other fifteen states missing from its published list. The list is real and specific, and it names 35.
- Skip it if the homepage number is what you are planning around. The one standard we grade against is the recurring figure, and here that is the one on the product page, not the one in the hero.
- Skip it if you want to know which company you are contracting with. Three of its own legal pages give three different combinations of company name and address.
