Shapely provides virtual weight care through Zaghi Medical, Inc. Its public pages describe video appointments, continuing support and access to prescription options after clinical review. The program includes both branded-prescription pathways and self-pay compounded medication choices.
The semaglutide page explicitly separates medication from membership. For insured care, visits may involve copays, deductibles or coinsurance, while medication coverage remains a different question. Do not assume approval for clinical visits means an insurer will pay for a compounded preparation.
The page reviewed lists adult access in California, Florida, New York and Texas. It also discusses plans to expand. Future expansion is not current availability; ask the practice to confirm access before booking. A dispensing pharmacy for an individual order was not established in this review.

The semaglutide table lists $139 per month for lower-to-middle doses and $179 for higher doses, before the required membership. It also offers a three-month lower-dose package at $297 total. That package is a prepaid medication amount, not the full cost of participating in care.
The self-pay membership is listed at $99 per month, with $50 off the first month ($49). That membership excludes medication and labs. These are additive service and treatment categories; alternative medication tiers and packages should not be added to one another.
The recurring-payment consent authorizes monthly subscription renewal and other owed charges. Cancel before the end of the current subscription period through email or phone; partial months of service are not refunded. The privacy policy separately warns that deleting the app account does not cancel membership or appointments.
The telehealth consent requires twenty-four hours’ notice for appointment changes and says medication orders are nonrefundable once ordered.
