Graded on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade · how we verify prices
Blue Haven Rx advertises compounded semaglutide at $149 a month and tirzepatide at $179, but those are 3-month plans. Month to month they cost $179 and $259.
The headline is three months paid up front ($447). Month to month costs more, and charges are not refunded.

The verdict
One price covers the visit, medication and shipping at every dose, and the monthly figures are in its own FAQ. But the headline is a prepaid plan, no pharmacy or address is named, and nothing is refundable once charged.

What it is
An online weight-loss program that sells two compounded GLP-1s, semaglutide and tirzepatide, as weekly injections. Blue Haven Rx says it connects you with doctors at Wasef Health and Beluga Health, which make the prescribing decision, and ships from a partner pharmacy it does not name.
The company is Eternum Health LLC, a New Jersey company doing business as Blue Haven RX, and its terms follow New Jersey law. No page gives a street address; contact is by email and a California phone number. The homepage labels its customer stories as paid testimonials.

What it actually costs at Blue Haven Rx
Month to month: $179 for semaglutide and $259 for tirzepatide. The $149 and $179 on the homepage cards are 3-month plans billed up front.
The homepage cards say "$149/month" and "$179/month" with nothing beside them about a plan term. Further down the same page, the FAQ answers "How much does the program cost?" with a flat $179 a month for semaglutide and $259 for tirzepatide, and the signup's banner reads "with 3-Mo Plan". We went through the signup to the price screen without paying. The semaglutide plans are $179 monthly, $149 a month on 3 months ($447 at once), $129 on 6 and $119 on 12. That is the prepaid headline this site grades against.
The checkout lists a $49 clinician visit and $19.99 shipping as free, and stamps the price "guaranteed for life" with an asterisk that leads nowhere. The terms say the fee can change on 30 days' notice. You are not charged until a doctor approves the prescription; your card is held for the full plan amount until then.
Leaving takes planning. Every plan renews automatically, and the renewal can be charged up to ten days before your current term ends. Cancel at least 48 hours before that renewal date, and know that once a charge goes through it is not refunded, even if you stop partway through a term. Our guide to refunds and cancellation covers what to ask first.
Who it's wrong for
- Anyone budgeting off the homepage cards. Month to month costs $30 more for semaglutide and $80 more for tirzepatide.
- Anyone who wants to know which pharmacy makes the medication. No page names it.
- Anyone who might stop partway through a plan. Charged fees are not refunded.
- Anyone who wants a brand-name GLP-1. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide only, cash pay, no insurance.

Semaglutide or tirzepatide, then monthly or a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan, and a shipping address.
A doctor reviews it
A doctor at Wasef Health or Beluga Health decides whether to prescribe; your card is held, not charged, until then.
A pharmacy ships it
The checkout says most orders ship in two to three business days after approval.

Why we gave Blue Haven Rx a C
Read the full grading rationale
The homepage prices compounded semaglutide at $149 a month and tirzepatide at $179 without saying both are 3-month plans billed up front. The month-to-month prices, $179 and $259, are in its FAQ further down the same page. No pharmacy or address is named, renewals can be charged up to ten days early, nothing is refundable once charged, and a "guaranteed for life" price sits beside terms that allow changes on 30 days' notice.
