Both are stated as billed monthly, on a dedicated pricing page, and corroborated on four city pages and both medication pages. The third plan is where it slips. The a la carte tier — physician care only, medication billed by the pharmacy — is published at four different prices on one page: $150 a month in the card headline, $100 a month four lines below it in the same card, $100 a month again two paragraphs later, and $150 a month in the footnote under the per-fill table. Nothing reconciles them. That per-fill table is otherwise a genuine strength: five compounding pharmacies named as columns with a four-week-supply price at every dose, running from $67 to $259 on semaglutide and $118 to $549 on tirzepatide. No pharmacy is named for the two membership plans that actually include the drug. One more thing worth knowing: the $50 banner on every page is a Medicare pharmacy copay under a claimed federal demonstration program, not this company's price, and its own page says physician care is a separate membership on top.
