Graded on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade · how we verify prices
Fifty 410 charges $199 a month for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, month to month, at any dose. Tirzepatide drops to $133 to $183 a month on a three-month program.
The $133 is the starting dose on a three-month program, $399 paid at once. Month to month it is $199.
- Advertised $133, actually $199
- Month-to-month price published
- Coverage not verified
The verdict
A real month-to-month price, no membership, and no charge until a provider prescribes. What it leaves out is who prescribes, which pharmacy fills it and which states it serves, and FDA sent it a warning letter in February 2026 over how its website presented its compounded drugs.

What we like
- A public month-to-month price for both drugs, the same at any dose.

- No card needed to start, and no charge unless a provider prescribes.
- Pricing pages show every program side by side, with the total for three-month plans.

What could be better
- FDA sent it a warning letter in February 2026 over how its website presented its compounded drugs.
- No pharmacy, prescriber group or state list is published.
- The homepage shows the three-month starter price as tirzepatide's starting price without naming the plan.
- No routine refund once the pharmacy starts compounding.
- Three-month programs ship and are paid all at once.
- Its peptides and hair-loss lines are listed but not yet sold.
What it is
An online clinic that sells two compounded GLP-1s, semaglutide and tirzepatide, as injections. It lists hair-loss formulas, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and methylene blue as coming soon, with a sign-up for updates rather than a price.
It says it is a platform and does not compound or ship medication. Licensed providers it does not name review your intake, and outside compounding pharmacies it also does not name prepare and ship the drug. There is no published state list.
The company is Aspen Aesthetics, LLC, doing business as Fifty 410 Health, in Prosper, Texas.

What it actually costs at Fifty 410
Month to month: $199 for semaglutide or tirzepatide, a one-month supply at any dose, with the provider visit and refrigerated shipping included.
Its pricing pages show both drugs. Semaglutide comes only as the $199 monthly option. Tirzepatide is $199 monthly with all dosages included, or a three-month program paid at once and priced by dose: $399 at the starting dose ($133 a month), $499 at a middle dose ($166) and $549 at a higher dose ($183). There is no membership or subscription fee.
The homepage and the pricing index show the $133 three-month starter price as tirzepatide's "starting price". The GLP-1 page says it is a three-month program, but the homepage does not. If your dose is moving up, the three-month price at your dose is what to compare against $199.
You pay nothing until a provider prescribes; then you get a payment link. A paid order can be canceled for a full refund only until the pharmacy starts compounding, and after that there is no routine refund. A three-month program ships all at once, so all of it is committed. Read our guide to refunds and cancellation before you choose one.
Who it's wrong for
- Anyone who wants to know the pharmacy or prescriber before paying. Neither is named.
- Anyone who needs to confirm their state first. No state list is published.
- Anyone who wants a brand-name GLP-1 or a peptide today. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide only; its peptides are listed as coming soon.
- Anyone who weighs a seller's FDA warning letters. Fifty 410 received one in February 2026.

Why we gave Fifty 410 a B
Read the full grading rationale
Its pricing pages give a real month-to-month price, $199 for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at any dose, with the visit and shipping included and no membership. The $133 tirzepatide headline is a three-month starter-dose program paid up front. It holds at B because no pharmacy, prescriber group or state list is published, and nothing is refundable once the pharmacy starts compounding.
