What it actually costs at OurView Health

That is worth saying plainly, because it is the thing this market usually gets wrong: a prepay rate standing in for the monthly one. OurView puts the monthly rate first and the prepay total beside it, which is the form we ask for.
The dose claim holds too. Nothing on either product page ties price to dose, and nothing hints at a titration surcharge — which several sellers here will not commit to at all. The same cards state no membership fee and no shipping fee, so the monthly figure is the whole figure.
The gap now is not the price, it is the company behind it. No pharmacy is named. No prescriber is named. There is no state list. And the weight-loss page argues with itself about the first of those: the line under the price cards says a licensed third-party pharmacy compounds and dispenses and that OurView is neither a pharmacy nor a manufacturer, while a block further down the same page says its parent company is a licensed nationwide pharmacy and that "we compound and ship medication across all 50 states." The footer on every page sides with the first version.
One more thing a reader should know, because it is visible on the homepage rather than buried: two instructions written for the company's own copywriter were published as live body text. Under "How It Works" it reads "Use one process only. Remove the duplicate membership workflow." Under the testimonials heading it reads "Keep current approved testimonials. Replace 'Member' labels with 'Patient'." The testimonials beneath it are still labeled "Member", so the instruction was published and not carried out. That is not a pricing defect and it did not set the grade, but a page that has not been read back is a page to read carefully.
