Reach the desk

One address, read by the person who writes the grades: desk@telehealthgraded.com. There is no form on this page on purpose — we would rather not collect anything from you that we don’t need.

Current as of September 3, 2026, the date of the most recent price check on this site.

Reporting a price we got wrong

This is the message we most want to get, and the one we act on fastest. To make it useful, send the link to the page showing the right number and, if the price only appears once you are inside the signup, tell us roughly how many steps in you saw it.

What happens next: we go and read it ourselves. We don’t simply apply a correction as given — including one from the company’s own team, because an “actually we start at $X” note is almost always an introductory rate rather than the month-to-month figure this site publishes. We re-walk the record, date it, and update every page that carries the old number, not just the one where it was caught. How we verify prices describes that walk.

If you work at a company we review

Write in. Tell us what is wrong and where it is published, and we’ll check it against your own pages the same way we did the first time. A factual error gets fixed and the page says when.

The things we can’t do, so nobody wastes an email: we don’t take a payment, a partnership, or an ad buy in exchange for a grade, a position, or a removal. The grade is written before anyone here looks at who pays us, in separate code, and our editorial policy lists the only four things that move one. The disclosure page covers the commercial side in full.

What we can't help with

  • Anything medical. Nobody at Telehealth Graded holds a license. We can’t tell you whether a drug suits you, what dose you should be on, or what a side effect means. That is a question for a clinician who knows your history, and it is urgent enough that we won’t guess at it.
  • An order you placed with a provider. We are not any of these companies and we have no access to their systems, your account, your shipment, or your refund. Their support team is the only route.
  • Looking up your data. We hold no account and no record that points at a person, so there is nothing to retrieve. The do not sell or share page explains why, and the privacy policy has the one-click way to switch measurement off.

Everything else

Press questions, permission to quote us, an accessibility problem, a privacy request, a copyright complaint, a legal notice: the same address reaches us, and putting the subject in the subject line is enough to route it. We read everything. We don’t promise to reply to everything — this is a small desk, and we would rather say that than publish a response time we can’t keep. Corrections get answered, and so does anyone who tells us the site blocked them from something.

More about who is behind this and how it pays for itself on about us. If a part of the site is hard to use, the accessibility statement says what we’ve built and what to send us.
