Sermorelin and NAD+ each come as a shot, and NAD+ also as a nasal spray or a sublingual tablet. Prescribing runs through a contracted medical group, the ordinary anatomy of a telehealth prescription.
Its state-coverage page lists 48 states plus the District of Columbia by name and says outright that Alaska and Mississippi are not served. That's a list, not a claim of nationwide coverage, and few sellers we review publish one.
The company also states on its own pricing page that it does not sell or represent the branded GLP-1s, and that its preparations are compounded. That distinction is the whole compounded-versus-brand question, and it's unusual to see a seller draw it unprompted.

What it actually costs at TelePeptide
Sermorelin runs $159 a month with no commitment. NAD+ is $169. Both drop on the prepaid tiers — sermorelin to $99 a month on an annual plan, NAD+ to $129 — and every one of those figures sits in the same row on one chart. TRT Kingdom prices its peptides only inside blocks of two and a half or three months.
The $99 headline needs $1,188 upfront and a year of your life. Cancel a prepaid tier and the refund covers unshipped months less a $25 administrative fee. Monthly billing has no such fee. This is the difference a "starting at" price usually hides.
The compounded GLP-1 side is priced the same way: semaglutide tablets at $229 a month, tirzepatide at $249, and a microdose combination line at $149. Every price is stated to include the clinician evaluation, the prescription, the medication and shipping.
Who it's wrong for
Anyone expecting the peptides to be backed the way a GLP-1 is. The marketing here is restrained, but sermorelin still has no randomized trial published since 2010, and injectable NAD+ rests on a single randomized trial in the whole literature.
- Alaska and Mississippi residents: the coverage page says the intake will not be accepted, so there is nothing to try.
- Needle-averse shoppers comparing formats: the shot, the spray and the tablet all carry one price, and the chart doesn't explain why.
- Anyone who wants the cheap annual rate without the year attached. LifespanningRx sells a peptide month by month with no tier to commit to at all.
- Anyone reading a monthly label literally. iThriveMD bills its NAD+ monthly tier every 28 days, which is thirteen charges across a year.
