Terms of use

Short version: this is a pricing desk, not a clinic. Read what we publish, check the price yourself before you pay anyone, and talk to a clinician about the medical part. The longer version follows.

What this site is

Telehealth Graded publishes graded reviews of companies that sell GLP-1 prescriptions and peptides through telehealth. We read what each company charges on its own pages, walk the signup when the real number is hidden behind it, write down what we found and when, and grade the company against the same standard as everyone else. That method is set out in full on how we grade and how we verify prices.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you don’t, the remedy is simple and immediate: close the tab.

These terms are an agreement between you and telehealthgraded.com, the site you are reading. “We,” “us” and “our” on this page mean telehealthgraded.com and whoever operates it. We publish no company name here because we would rather name none than name one we cannot show you a filing for — the same standard we hold the companies we grade to.

Who this is for

This site is written for adults in the United States. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13, and nothing here is aimed at readers outside the country — the prices, the state availability, and the regulatory context are all US-specific and would mislead you anywhere else.

You need no account and there is nothing to buy from us. If you are reading this on behalf of a company we cover, these terms still apply, and so does the part below about not presenting our grades as a certification.

This is not medical advice

Nobody at Telehealth Graded holds a medical license. We are not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, not a telehealth provider, and not your doctor. Nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for care from a licensed clinician.

Do not start, stop, or change a medication because of something you read on this site. Whether a drug is right for you is a question for a clinician who knows your history, and the answer has nothing to do with what it costs.

What a grade is, and what it is not

A grade on this site is our editorial judgment about a company — what it publishes, what it withholds, and what it charges — applied the same way to every company we review. It is an opinion in the ordinary sense: reasoned, dated, and ours.

A grade is not a statement about whether a medication is safe or effective for you, not a certification, not an endorsement, and not a guarantee that a company will treat you well. A high grade means a company was clear about its price and its terms on the day we read them. That is all it can mean.

Prices move, and ours carry a date

Every price we publish carries the date we read it and a link to the page we read it from. Prices in this market change often, vary by state, and change again once you are inside an intake flow. The figure we published in one month may not be the figure you are shown in another.

So: check the current price on the provider’s own site before you pay anyone. We do not guarantee that any price, state list, or product detail here is current at the moment you read it, and we are not responsible for what a company charges you.

Using the site

You may read, quote, and link to anything here. Please don’t:

  • Scrape or bulk-copy the reviews, grades, or price tables to republish them as your own.
  • Present our grades as a certification, a seal, or an endorsement of your company.
  • Try to break, overload, or get around the technical workings of the site.
  • Use anything here in a way that misleads a patient about what a treatment costs or does.

Quoting us with a link back is welcome, and we would rather be quoted accurately than not at all. If you spot something wrong, tell us — corrections are how this works.

Our work, and other people's names

The writing, grades, tables, and design on this site are ours. Company names, brand names, and logos belong to the companies that own them and appear here for identification, comparison, and commentary. Telehealth Graded is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer or any company we review.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe you

This site is provided as it is. We work hard on accuracy — we read the source, date it, and keep the receipt — but we don’t warrant that everything here is complete, current, or error-free, and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Telehealth Graded is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from anything you did after reading it, including a decision about a medication or a purchase from a company we reviewed. Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

If something you do lands us in trouble

If you use this site in a way these terms forbid — scraping and republishing the reviews, passing our grades off as a certification, using a price here to mislead a patient — and somebody brings a claim against us over it, you agree to cover what that costs us, including reasonable legal fees. This covers your conduct and nothing else. It has no bearing on a claim about our own work.

If we end up in a dispute

Write to us first. Nearly everything that reaches this desk is a factual disagreement about a number, and those get fixed in a day. Send it to desk@telehealthgraded.com and give us a real chance to sort it out before anything formal starts.

Nothing on this page sends you to arbitration, waives your right to join a class action, or shortens the time you have to bring a claim. We have not asked you to give any of that up and we are not going to bury it in a page you never agreed to. Your state’s consumer-protection law applies in full, and a claim that belongs in small-claims court can go there.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any action that does have to be filed belongs in the state and federal courts located in Delaware — except that nothing here overrides a mandatory consumer-protection right you hold where you live. If you are reading this from a state whose law gives you more than Delaware’s does, you keep the more.

Formal notice reaches us through our contact page. We publish no mailing address for notice, so use that route — it is read.

Access to the site

We can change, move, or take down anything here, and we can block access that is breaking the site or breaking these terms — scrapers hammering the redirector, mostly. There is no account to lose, so this means what it says and nothing more. The parts of these terms about what we don’t warrant and what we don’t owe you survive after you stop using the site.

The usual small print

  • If a court finds any part of this page unenforceable, the rest stands and the unenforceable part is narrowed only as far as it has to be.
  • Not enforcing something once doesn’t waive it later.
  • This page, together with the privacy policy and the disclosure, is the whole agreement between us about the site.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours if the site changes hands, and if it does, the page will say so.
  • Headings are there to help you read, not to change the meaning.

Changes

We update these terms when the site changes, and the version you are reading is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version. What we measure, and what we do not, is in the privacy policy.
