Almost nobody in this market says which fee buys the drug. Measured does, on every card — then quotes the same membership two different ways.

What it actually costs
Two structures, and Measured labels which is which on every card — the one thing this market almost never does. The compounded plans include the medication: semaglutide from $119 a month, tirzepatide from $219, a GLP-1 microdose from $79. The branded plans are membership only, with the drug filled at your pharmacy and paid for separately. That membership is where it slips. The medications index prices it from $49 a month across Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro; Measured's own Zepbound page prices the same thing at $99 a month against a $129 list. Same plan, two pages, two numbers. The longevity line is priced the same way as the compounded GLP-1s: NAD+ from $159 against a $199 list, sermorelin from $149, glutathione from $129, oxytocin nasal spray from $159.
Who it's wrong for
Every figure on both pages is a floor. "From $119" carries no ceiling and nothing says what pushes it up, so if you need to know what month six costs before you commit, you won't find it here. The branded plans are worse on that score, since the membership itself is quoted two ways and the drug price isn't on the product pages at all. There's also no state list. What Measured genuinely does better than its rivals is stop you confusing a membership fee with a medication price, which is the single most common way a headline in this market misleads.
