What we like

Every card says either Medication included or Medication paid separately, directly under the price. That one line prevents the most common misread in this market.
The compounded plans at $119 and $219 include the medication, so those figures are the whole monthly bill rather than a fee on top of a drug cost.
The microdose plan at $79 a month is priced as its own product rather than buried as a dosing option.
The longevity line is priced as openly as the GLP-1s, with NAD+ showing $159 against a $199 list price rather than a vague discount.

What could be better

The branded-plan membership is quoted from $49 a month on the medications index and $99 a month on the Zepbound page.
The Zepbound page shows that $99 struck against $129, a list price that appears nowhere on the index.

What it is

Measured is the consumer brand of Better Health Labs, a New York company selling GLP-1 care and a small longevity line. A quiz feeds an obesity-trained provider, who either ships you a compounded medication or sends a branded prescription to your own pharmacy — two different products, not two prices for one. Membership adds dietitian coaching, an app, unlimited messaging and biomarker work. The longevity line brings its own question: where the FDA has put each peptide sold this way.

What it actually costs at Measured

Two structures, and Measured labels which is which on every card — the one thing this market almost never does. The compounded plans include the medication; the branded plans are membership only, with the drug filled at your pharmacy and paid for separately.

That membership is where it slips: the medications index prices it one way, and Measured's own Zepbound product page prices the identical plan differently, against a list price the index never mentions. Noom Med gives one program two prices on one page in almost the same way, and NiceRx prices five of its twelve products two ways across its own pages.

Who it's wrong for

What Measured does better than its rivals is stop you confusing a membership fee with a medication price — the single most common way a headline in this market misleads. Just remember every figure is a floor: neither page says what would push a plan above its starting number, and a floor is one of the four things this market sells as a price.

The caveat is that the branded-drug membership is priced from $49 a month on one page and $99 on its own Zepbound page, and every figure is a 'FROM' floor with no stated ceiling.
