What it actually costs
The product pages carry one figure each: $89 a month for the GLP-1 and $149 for the GLP-1 / GIP. Above both of them runs a strip reading "OFFER ENDS SEPTEMBER 5TH AT MIDNIGHT!" — the day after we read it.
The offer landing page is the one that matters. It prints "Was $199 Now starting at $89" over a live countdown to a price increase. So the site does publish what the drug costs without the promotion, and it is more than twice the headline. A price that only exists inside an offer window is a different thing from a price.
