The clinicians belong to contracted medical groups its terms name one by one, and Found says it doesn't practice medicine itself.

What it actually costs
The $169 on the pricing page is the twelve-month plan paid up front. Month to month on cash pay, semaglutide is $289 and tirzepatide $359, after a discounted first cycle.
Found says so in the same breath, which counts for something. The pricing page's footnote reads "Pricing based on 12-month plans paid up-front. Monthly plans start at $199/mo for insurance and $289/mo for cash-pay." Its offer terms then print every plan length for both drugs on both payment tracks, and state that each compounded price includes the medication, the clinical care and the membership.
The detail to budget around is the cycle. Every figure is "per 28-day cycle", so the card is charged every four weeks rather than on the same date each month. The twelve-month rate is a prepaid price wearing a monthly label, and it's the one the homepage repeats.
With insurance, the compounded plans drop to $199 and $289 a cycle, but each video visit is billed to your insurer at your copay, and the offer terms exclude government plans such as Medicare and Medicaid from that pricing.
Who it's wrong for
- Skip it if you need a state-by-state answer before you sign up. Found publishes no list of where it operates, only that compounded medication isn't available in every state.
- Skip it if you want to know which pharmacy fills your prescription. Its pages describe licensed 503A pharmacies and name none.
- Skip it if you're counting on a refund once care starts. The membership fee becomes non-refundable three days after purchase or after your first consultation, and dispensed medication can't be returned.
