Evernow review

Evernow's $49 monthly membership pays for menopause care, not medication. Its public add-ons include a $55 monthly estradiol patch; pharmacy and insurance choices affect the total.

The verdict

Evernow's separate care and medication prices make the basic purchase understandable. A longer prepaid membership can change the commitment, while an outside pharmacy can change the prescription bill. Compare both parts and ask what happens to unused prepaid time before choosing a longer term.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • Care and named prescription add-ons are separated publicly.
  • The terms permit a preferred pharmacy.
  • The service offers ongoing menopause-focused support.

What could be better

  • Medication is extra to the membership.
  • Longer prepaid terms need separate refund clarification.
  • Insurance coverage depends on the specific prescription and plan.

What it is

Evernow focuses on menopause care through online assessment, clinician conversations and continuing support. Its public treatment menu includes hormonal and nonhormonal options. A recommendation follows your information and medical review; the menu does not guarantee that a particular prescription will be offered.

The platform's terms distinguish Evernow from the medical practices delivering care, including Evernow Medical and Cloud Health groups. They allow pharmacy choice and reserve prescribing decisions to clinicians. This is an ongoing specialist service rather than a replacement for emergency care.

Membership features include messaging, symptom tools and educational community events. These may help someone who wants continuing support while symptoms and treatment change. They should be compared with the care already available from an existing clinician, rather than counted as medication in the advertised fee.

What it actually costs at Evernow

The public relief page prices membership at $49 per month and explicitly excludes prescription costs. It separately shows an estradiol patch at $55 per month and an estradiol pill at $20 per month. Those add-ons are product prices, not complete regimens; another prescription or pharmacy choice can change what you pay.

The membership offer also presents longer prepaid terms. Decide whether the lower equivalent monthly rate justifies paying ahead. A price expressed per month on a longer plan should not be confused with permission to buy only one month at that rate.

Evernow allows prescriptions to go to a preferred pharmacy, where insurance may apply. That does not establish insurance coverage for the care membership, nor a guaranteed copay for your prescription. Ask your pharmacy for its actual price and check whether shipping or fulfillment remains through Evernow.

The public page says you can pause or cancel and directs you to the medical provider for treatment changes. Its terms restrict returns of pharmaceuticals. We did not establish a promise to refund unused annual or quarterly membership time, so get that answer before prepaying.

Keep membership and prescription cancellation separate in your records. If you change pharmacies or stop one medication, confirm whether the continuing care fee remains active and when the next shipment would process.

For more purchasing context, see our guide to separating care and third-party bills.

Who it's wrong for

Evernow may be a poor fit if you want one all-inclusive hormone bill, require an in-person examination through the same service, or expect cancel-anytime language to guarantee a refund of prepaid membership time.

If your current clinician already provides satisfactory menopause follow-up, compare the additional membership with the value of its messaging and support tools. Convenience can be worth paying for, but the drug price alone cannot answer that comparison.

Common questions

Does the $49 membership include medication?

No. The relief page says prescription costs are not included. It separately prices several medication add-ons, so compare care and dispensing charges together.

Can I use my usual pharmacy?

The terms permit pharmacy choice. A preferred pharmacy can have different cash or insurance pricing, so ask what you will owe there and which Evernow charges remain.

Is the patch price the whole hormone bill?

No. The public patch add-on is $55 monthly, with the care membership separate. Any other prescribed product can add to the regimen's cost.

Does insurance pay for membership?

The public medication page discusses insurance for prescriptions. That does not establish that your plan pays for the membership; confirm care and medication benefits separately.

Does cancellation refund an annual plan?

We did not establish a public promise to refund unused prepaid membership time. Ask for the specific quarterly or annual cancellation and refund terms before paying ahead.

Can prescriptions be returned?

The terms restrict pharmaceutical returns. Ask about fulfillment and cancellation deadlines before a refill processes rather than assuming an unopened shipment is refundable.

Why we gave Evernow a B

Read the full grading rationale

The care membership and named medication add-ons are separately priced. Longer prepaid plans are disclosed, but insurance reimbursement and the handling of unused prepaid time cannot be assumed from a cancel-anytime statement. This grade evaluates cost disclosure only.

How we reviewed Evernow

We read Evernow's medication menu, membership options, homepage and terms on October 6, 2026.

We kept the care fee separate from prescription add-ons and did not assume insurance coverage or a prepaid-plan refund. No intake or clinical service was completed.
