Twelve programs, each with a price, a dose schedule and a list of what arrives in the box. Weight management, sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, B12, low dose naltrexone, methylene blue, PT-141, approved only as Vyleesi and only for premenopausal women sold alongside the PDE5 drugs, and two hair lines.
It publishes what most peptide sellers hide: a named medical director, a street address in Florida, an availability page listing all 48 states it serves, and the two it does not. It also states on every product page that compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.

What it actually costs at WePeptideRx
Semaglutide with B12 runs $189 at the starting dose to $299 at the top, with a 90-day program from $499. Tirzepatide runs $199 to $389, 90 days from $529. Wegovy is $399 for the two lowest strengths and $590 above that. Both compounded ladders are sold with the vitamin in them, which is an addition no randomized trial has tested.
A banner sits at the top of every page reading semaglutide from $149, tirzepatide from $159. Neither figure appears on any priced page. The cheapest real semaglutide dose is $189.
Two peptides carry two prices. Sermorelin is $220 a month on the pricing page and $249 for a 28-day supply on its own product page. NAD+ is $250 on the pricing page; the product page says $249 regular, $349 high dose, $229 as a nasal spray.
Glutathione agrees between pages at $249, and so does the semaglutide ladder. So this is not a site that contradicts itself everywhere — it contradicts itself on two peptides and one banner, which is still enough to change what we grade it. NiceRx splits five of its twelve products the same way.
Who it's wrong for
- Skip it if you saw the banner and budgeted from it. Start from the pricing page instead, and then check the product page for the specific therapy.
- Skip it if you live in Alabama or Mississippi. The availability page lists both as not yet available and lists no federal district either way.
- Read the two sermorelin prices before ordering. When a company prints two figures for one product, we show both rather than pick one.
- Two of the twelve programs are not weight care and were never tested as it: methylene blue is approved as an intravenous drug for methemoglobinemia, and none of the randomized trials of low-dose naltrexone is about weight.
- Shopping peptides on a stated term: TelePeptide says what a month buys and prices it without a commitment.
