Semaglutide with B12 runs $189 at the starting dose to $299 at the top, with a 90-day program from $499. Tirzepatide runs $199 to $389, 90 days from $529. Wegovy is $399 for the two lowest strengths and $590 above that.
A banner sits at the top of every page reading semaglutide from $149, tirzepatide from $159. Neither figure appears on any priced page. The cheapest real semaglutide dose is $189.
Two peptides carry two prices. Sermorelin is $220 a month on the pricing page and $249 for a 28-day supply on its own product page. NAD+ is $250 on the pricing page; the product page says $249 regular, $349 high dose, $229 as a nasal spray.
