What it is
A small nurse-practitioner practice selling clinician time rather than medication: weight care, urgent care, mental health, refills and concierge visits, each priced as a fee. That is a different product from the all-in monthly programs most of this market sells, and the page says so.
Seven states are named — Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, Nevada, New York and Texas — twice on one page and again on another. What is not published anywhere is an incorporated entity: no LLC, no PLLC, no PA appears across the nine pages we read, only a trade name and a founder's personal name.
The footer on every page lists four further city addresses — Houston, New York, Phoenix and Jacksonville — with no statement anywhere of what those locations are.

What it actually costs at The Virtual NP
Two weight-care options: $99 a visit, or a $75 month-to-month membership. Under each, in the same sentence, the page says medication cost is not included. Urgent care and mental health visits are $75 each.
Naming the fee and excluding the drug in one breath is more useful than a bundled number that quietly leaves the pharmacy bill to you. This site does the first thing.
The telehealth page then publishes a semaglutide ladder: $240 at 0.25 mg, $260 at 0.5, $275 at 1, $325 at 1.7 and $399 at 2 mg, each labeled a four-week supply. Four weeks is not a month, and a dose ladder is where a starting price stops meaning much.
The FAQ page names a compounding pharmacy with an address and phone number, then says a few lines later that compounded GLP-1 medications are no longer offered here. The telehealth page still sells the ladder.
Who it's wrong for
- Skip it unless you are in one of the seven named states. That list is published clearly and is the first thing to check.
- Ask whether the compounded program still exists before you pay for a visit. Two pages of this site disagree, and the fee is charged before the medicine is settled.
- Do not count on insurance. The telehealth page says a patient's insurance covers the medication; the privacy page says all services here are self-pay.
- If you want the drug included in one figure, TOM Weight Loss bundles it at $199 a month.
