This is a small clinician-fee practice rather than a medication seller, and it says so where it matters: the weight-loss page prices a $99 per-visit plan and a $75 month-to-month membership and prints medication cost not included under each. Seven states are named, twice on one page and again on another. A five-step semaglutide dose ladder is published on the telehealth page at $240, $260, $275, $325 and $399, each labeled a four-week supply rather than a month. Three things pull it down. The FAQ page names a compounding pharmacy with an address and phone and then, a few lines later, says compounded GLP-1 medications are no longer offered — while the telehealth page still publishes the semaglutide ladder. The telehealth page also says the patient's health insurance covers the cost of medication, while the privacy page says the practice bills no insurance and all services are self-pay. And no incorporated entity name appears anywhere across the nine pages read: no LLC, no PLLC, no PA, only the trade name and the founder's personal name, alongside a footer listing four further city addresses with no statement of what they are. Several service prices — concierge care, erectile dysfunction, refills and hair — exist only on the homepage and nowhere else. Note that this screens an address, not a corporate entity, because no corporate entity is published.
