Prepaying is cheaper per month: tirzepatide is $179 a month on three months ($537 up front) and $174.67 on six ($1,048). Semaglutide runs $159.33, $158 and $139 on three, six and twelve months. The homepage and checkout disagree slightly on the twelve-month semaglutide rate — $141.50 on one, $139 on the other.
Who it's wrong for
Anyone budgeting from the homepage. A month at $209 is a month at $319 from month two on, and nothing on the homepage says so. The drugs are compounded, not brand-name — see compounded versus brand GLP-1s — and the terms send disputes to arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia.
- You want the monthly price before you hand over an email and a phone number. Direct Meds' headline price isn't its monthly price either, if you're comparing how sellers present it.
- You want NAD+ or sermorelin priced before you start. The homepage says both start at $129 a month, and its intake never showed us a plan for either.
