Bodybuilding Health+ review

Graded on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade · how we verify prices

Read by walking the actual signup, not just the pricing page.

Bodybuilding Health+ charges $319 a month for tirzepatide after the first month. Its homepage lists the one-month plan at $209 without saying that's month one only.

What they advertise, what you pay
$209
the "1 Month" tirzepatide price on the homepage bundle table

+$110 a month

$209 is month one only. The checkout says so — "Save $110 on month one, $319/mo after" — the homepage does not.

The verdict

CCaveat

The real monthly price is printed plainly — at checkout, fifteen screens in. Budget $319 for tirzepatide or $279 for semaglutide, and don't take the plan labels at their word: the plan tagged lowest price isn't.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • The checkout states the month-to-month price in plain words: "Save $110 on month one, $319/mo after".
  • Every plan shows its up-front total at checkout — $537, $1,048 or $2,248 for tirzepatide — beside the per-month rate.
  • Its FAQ names the prescribing group, two physicians with NPI numbers, and four pharmacies with their phone numbers.
  • The terms name the operating company, Dynamo Group LLC, and give its address.

What could be better

  • The homepage lists tirzepatide at $209 under "1 Month" and never says that's the first month only; from month two it's $319.
  • Twelve months of tirzepatide is labeled "Lock in the lowest price" at $187.33 a month, above the six-month plan's $174.67.
  • The struck-through "regular" prices at checkout don't match the month-to-month price: $316 beside the three- and six-month tirzepatide plans, $292 beside the twelve-month plan, against $319 month to month.
  • The state answer is a count, not a list: "all 50 U.S. states", with a caveat that services vary by state.
  • Prescribers, pharmacies and states are all behind a collapsed accordion on the homepage.

What it is

Bodybuilding Health+ is a telehealth store under the Bodybuilding.com name, operated by Dynamo Group LLC. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, GHK-Cu, PT-141 and ED pills, all through one online intake. Prescribing is done by an outside medical group it names, and the pharmacies are named too — the standard telehealth split.

What it actually costs

The homepage shows a bundle table: tirzepatide is $209 under "1 Month", semaglutide $179, and every "SAVE" figure beside the longer plans is worked out from those numbers. At checkout the same one-month plans read "Save $110 on month one, $319/mo after" and "Save $100 on month one, $279/mo after". So $209 and $179 are first months. Paying month to month costs $319 or $279 — the gap a starting-at price usually hides.

Twelve months of tirzepatide is tagged "Lock in the lowest price" at $187.33 a month. The six-month plan on the same screen is $174.67.

Prepaying is cheaper per month: tirzepatide is $179 a month on three months ($537 up front) and $174.67 on six ($1,048). Semaglutide runs $159.33, $158 and $139 on three, six and twelve months. The homepage and checkout disagree slightly on the twelve-month semaglutide rate — $141.50 on one, $139 on the other.

Who it's wrong for

Anyone budgeting from the homepage. A month at $209 is a month at $319 from month two on, and nothing on the homepage says so. The drugs are compounded, not brand-name — see compounded versus brand GLP-1s — and the terms send disputes to arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia.

  • You want the monthly price before you hand over an email and a phone number. Direct Meds' headline price isn't its monthly price either, if you're comparing how sellers present it.
  • You want NAD+ or sermorelin priced before you start. The homepage says both start at $129 a month, and its intake never showed us a plan for either.

How Bodybuilding Health+ works

  1. You answer the intake

Height and weight, health history, vitals, current medications, goals — about a dozen screens.

  2. You give your name, state, email and phone

Terms consent is required; the marketing email, text and automated-call boxes are separate and optional.

  3. Checkout shows the plans

Fifteen screens in, all four plans appear with their up-front totals and the month-two price.

  4. A provider reviews, a pharmacy ships

An outside medical group prescribes; one of four named pharmacies fills it.

Is Bodybuilding Health+ legit?

Bodybuilding Health+ is operated by Dynamo Group LLC, 1 Town Center Road, Suite #675, Boca Raton, FL 33486. We read that off the company’s own terms of service on September 2026.

Common questions

How much does Bodybuilding Health+ cost per month?

Paying month to month, $319 for compounded tirzepatide and $279 for compounded semaglutide after a discounted first month of $209 or $179. Prepaid plans cost less per month.

Is the $209 tirzepatide price real?

For the first month only. The checkout says "Save $110 on month one, $319/mo after". The homepage lists $209 under "1 Month" without that line.

Which Bodybuilding Health+ plan is cheapest?

For tirzepatide, the six-month plan at $174.67 a month — not the twelve-month plan labeled "Lock in the lowest price", which is $187.33. For semaglutide, twelve months at $139 is lowest.

Who prescribes at Bodybuilding Health+?

An outside medical group. Its FAQ names the group and two physicians with their NPI numbers, and the terms describe the operator as a platform that doesn't control the practice of medicine.

Which states does Bodybuilding Health+ serve?

Its FAQ says all 50 U.S. states and adds that availability of specific services may vary by state. It doesn't publish a state-by-state list.

What company runs Bodybuilding Health+?

Dynamo Group LLC, at 1 Town Center Road in Boca Raton, Florida, per its terms of service. Georgia law governs, with arbitration in Fulton County.

Why we gave Bodybuilding Health+ a C

Read the full grading rationale

The homepage prices both drugs in a bundle table whose first column reads "1 Month" — $209 for tirzepatide, $179 for semaglutide — and works out every "SAVE" figure from it. At checkout, fifteen screens into the intake, the same one-month plan reads "Save $110 on month one, $319/mo after", and semaglutide is $279 after month one. So the real month-to-month is published, in plain words, but only at checkout. The plan labels don't hold up: twelve months of tirzepatide is tagged "Lock in the lowest price" at $187.33 a month, more than the six-month plan's $174.67, and the homepage and checkout give different twelve-month semaglutide rates. It names two prescribers with NPI numbers and four pharmacies with phone numbers, inside a homepage accordion. The operator is Dynamo Group LLC of Boca Raton, Florida, under Georgia law.

0 of 0 matched FDA warning-letter screen on Dynamo Group LLC by domain and address. Positive and negative controls passed in the same run. A verified absence. The domain search returned no candidate letters to check against.
What that meansScreening is by entity — the company’s own domain plus the address it publishes — never by brand name, because a brand name matches every namesake. Where a company publishes no address, the address half of that match is never exercised, and the result is recorded as the weaker kind of absence rather than a clean record. A known-positive control passed in the same run, so a real match would have surfaced. A letter would be worth knowing about; it would not by itself disqualify a seller.

How we reviewed Bodybuilding Health+

  • We walked the intake twice with dummy details, once for each drug, to the checkout 15 screens in, and stopped before any payment field.
  • Prices are quoted from the checkout, where the month-to-month rate appears, with the date we read them.
  • We read the homepage, the terms of service and the privacy policy, and opened each homepage FAQ answer on its own page load.
  • We screened Dynamo Group LLC's domain and address against the FDA warning-letter database, with known-positive and known-negative controls passing in the same run.
