That is more granular than most providers publish. The pricing is where it slips. The same three weight-loss products carry two live figures each on two pages of the same site: compounded semaglutide is $160 a month on the product page and $150 on the education page, and compounded tirzepatide is $225 on the product page and $233 on the education page — the second one moving in the opposite direction. The lower semaglutide figure is the one the marketing uses, and elsewhere it is footnoted as an average monthly breakdown for an initial three-month starter plan covering only the lowest titration doses. The chewable tablet is priced by tablet count with no dosing frequency attached, so no monthly figure exists for it. Consults are charged separately at $50 or $29.99, which the pricing page states plainly. No compounding pharmacy is named anywhere, all medication sales are final, and every FAQ answer on the site sits inside a collapsed section. We searched FDA warning letters for ZYP Medical, LLC by domain and by the Gretna address and found none.
