Ozari is an online weight-care platform offering compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its FAQ describes remote review of a digital intake, followed by a prescription and delivery when appropriate. Enrolled patients can contact the care team for treatment questions. Buying access does not guarantee a prescription.
Its two plan families represent different purchasing choices. One offers a B12 formulation and an assigned pharmacy; Select provides more formulation and billing choices. The distinction matters if you have a preference about additives or a particular dispenser.

What it actually costs at Ozari Health
The semaglutide One offer is $86 per month in advertising, with $258 collected every three months. That is a quarterly cash commitment. Select has a semaglutide monthly option at $175 and a tirzepatide monthly option at $235. These are separate plan choices; they are not fees to add together.
One excludes California. Select advertises nationwide access, although its named pharmacies have different service areas. Confirm your state, formulation and dispensing pharmacy together before paying. A general platform access claim cannot identify which pharmacy will fill your prescription.
The published cancellation rules make sending a prescription to the pharmacy the important cutoff. A shipment already routed for fulfillment is final. Clinical ineligibility before a prescription is issued qualifies for a full refund. Longer prepaid Select terms have a different exit calculation: used months are repriced at the standard monthly rate before a remaining balance is refunded.
