A Texas longevity clinic selling five compounded protocols — GLP-1, NAD+, glutathione, tesamorelin and a lipo-MIC with B12 shot — through a named provider network rather than an anonymous prescriber pool. Everything here is compounded rather than an FDA-approved finished product, and the GLP-1 page says so in its own education section.
The company says outright that it is a care-coordination business and does not practice medicine, and it names the clinician directing care. That is unusually direct. It also names its compounding pharmacy — on one product page out of five, alongside the regulatory status a compounded peptide actually carries.
Four of the five product pages carry an FDA Regulated badge. The GLP-1 page's own text says compounded medication is not FDA-approved as a finished product.

On the GLP-1 evidence a starting-at number is the six-month rate, so the floor is probably not what one month costs. No page anywhere gives a per-duration table for those four.
The terms sell three- and six-month plans, promise you may cancel anytime, and then say refund eligibility is decided per order. The payment schedule and refund treatment of unused months on a longer plan are unconfirmed.

- Skip it if you want a state list. The terms claim all 50 states through affiliated providers and name none of them, and the FAQ answer to that question is hidden until you click it open.
- Skip the four non-GLP protocols if a floor is not enough. A tesamorelin buyer paying $299 is told less about who compounds it than a semaglutide buyer paying $150, and what tesamorelin and its cousins are cleared for is worth reading first.
- Check the payment and refund terms before choosing six months. Refund eligibility is discretionary, which is exactly the kind of term we read the legal pages for.
- If you want the same three-column honesty on a longer catalog, TeleClinic publishes a monthly rate for every product it sells.

The caption says these are per-month figures and the page says the price is identical at every dose. Then the other four products drop that discipline — NAD+, glutathione, tesamorelin and lipo-MIC each publish only a treatment plans starting at figure, which on the GLP-1 evidence is the six-month rate rather than what a month-to-month buyer pays.
