What we like
- Every dose of all three products carries its own figure — no ranges, no contact-us, and no floor that turns out to be a first-month rate.
- The regular Zepbound prices are printed in the same footnote as the condition that triggers them: $499 at 7.5 mg, $699 above it. Most sellers name the condition and bury the number.
- The dispensing pharmacy is named with its street address, NPI and NCPDP number, so you can check who is actually filling the prescription.
- The insurance card states its own exclusions on the page — government beneficiaries are named rather than implied.
What could be better
- All four Zepbound maintenance doses lead with $449, and $449 is conditional on a refill cadence. Miss it at 10 mg and the price is $699.
- Foundayo's 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg carry the same 45-day condition, and the page never says what the regular price is.
- Every figure on all three product pages is worded as starting at, including the ones that hold flat across six doses.
- No state list anywhere, and nothing about where the pharmacy can ship.
What it is
Eli Lilly selling its own FDA-approved tirzepatide and orforglipron straight to cash buyers, through a pharmacy it names by street address and NPI number. There is no program, no coaching and no clinician here — you bring a prescription. Which makes it one of the cleanest reads available on what the branded product actually costs against a compounded one.
You still need a prescriber, and the pharmacy page sends you to independent telehealth companies rather than employing anyone. So the asynchronous review most online prescriptions run on sits upstream of this price rather than inside it.

Zepbound is $299 a month at 2.5 mg, $399 at 5 mg and $449 from 7.5 mg up. Mounjaro is a flat $499 at every dose. Foundayo, the pill, runs $149, $199 and $299 by dose. Every one of those figures is written as a floor rather than a price, even the flat ones.
The $449 is the Zepbound Journey Program rate, and it holds only while each prescription is refilled within 45 days. The footnote names what follows: $499 at 7.5 mg, and $699 at 10 mg, 12.5 mg and 15 mg.
Foundayo's top two doses carry the same 45-day condition and never name the price that replaces the $299. A separate card offers as little as $25 a month with commercial insurance for up to a three-month prescription, government beneficiaries excluded — a copay offer, not a cash price. The one standard we grade every seller against asks what month two costs.
Who it's wrong for
- Skip it if you don't already have a prescriber and don't want to go find one. Nobody here evaluates you — the site points at independent telehealth and an outside doctor-search tool instead.
- Skip it if your refills are likely to slip. The entire maintenance price rests on a 45-day clock, and the number waiting on the other side of that clock is the largest one on the page.
- Skip it if you want a compounded vial, which is most of what this market sells. NovoCare Pharmacy is the other manufacturer counter, and it doesn't sell one either.
- Skip it if you need to know it works in your state before you start. No state list appears on any of the five pages we read.
