The verdict

AVerified

The full ladder for both drugs, with the per-month rate and the charge that lands beside each other on every tier, and the dispensing pharmacies named with their addresses. The tirzepatide half is a tab click away, and there is no state list.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • Every tier prints the per-month rate and the amount actually billed, side by side.
  • The month-to-month option is labeled "Month-to-month access" so the no-commitment tier is unmistakable.
  • Both drugs get the full three-tier ladder rather than one headline figure.
  • Each tier lists identical inclusions, so the tiers differ only on price.
  • Two dispensing pharmacies are named — Strive Pharmacy, with all six of its locations, and Olympia Pharmacy in Orlando.
  • The footer states plainly that Tonik Wellness LLC does not itself provide medical or pharmacy services.
  • The terms name the entity and choose Colorado law.

What could be better

  • The tirzepatide ladder is hidden behind a tab and invisible on the default view.
  • The cheapest rates require a full year paid at once.
  • No state list is published anywhere on the site.
  • A higher-dose tirzepatide protocol is said to require an upgraded plan, and no such plan is priced.
  • No corporate postal address is published for Tonik Wellness, LLC itself.

What it is

Tonik is a telehealth clinic selling hormone replacement, weight loss and sexual-health treatments, with compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as the GLP-1 line and sermorelin, liothyronine, metformin, Lipo-B and phentermine around it. It is structured as a membership clinic rather than a storefront — there is a patient portal, a membership-management page, and an "Own a Tonik Clinic" link in the footer.

It says what it is and is not with unusual directness. The footer reads: "Tonik Wellness LLC does not provide medical or pharmacy services. Medications are prescribed with a valid prescription by Tonik-affiliated independent healthcare providers and are fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party licensed pharmacies." The terms name Tonik Wellness, LLC and choose Colorado law.

Most of this roster describes its pharmacy as "a licensed 503A" and stops. Tonik names two, with addresses: Strive Pharmacy, whose six locations it lists individually, and Olympia Pharmacy in Orlando. Knowing who compounded a vial is the whole of what separates a compounded drug from the approved one, and almost nobody publishes it.

What it actually costs

Every tier shows both numbers: the rate per month and the amount actually charged. $165 a month quarterly is printed next to "$495 billed every 3 months".

Compounded semaglutide runs three ways. Month to month is $225, on a card labeled "Month-to-month access" so there is no question about commitment. Quarterly is $165 a month with "$495 billed every 3 months" underneath it. Annual is $149 a month with "$1,788 billed yearly". Every tier lists what it includes in the same words — the medication, injection supplies, provider oversight, concierge support and the secure patient portal — so the tiers differ on price and nothing else.

Tirzepatide is the same structure at higher numbers: $349 a month to month, $249 a month quarterly with "$747 billed every 3 months", and $229 a month annually with "$2,748 billed yearly". Printing the billed total beside the monthly rate is the detail that makes this ladder honest. A seller that advertises "$149 a month" and only reveals the $1,788 charge at checkout is telling the truth and hiding it; Tonik puts both on the card.

The tirzepatide ladder is not visible until you click the tab. The page opens on semaglutide, and a reader who never clicks sees only the cheaper drug's prices.

Two smaller gaps. No page publishes a state list, so where a Colorado company's affiliated providers are licensed to prescribe is unverified here. And the tirzepatide tab carries one line that prices nothing: "This plan covers standard dose escalation. Higher-dose protocols may require an upgraded plan." No upgraded plan appears anywhere with a figure on it, so a patient who titrates past the standard range is being told there is a cost and not what it is.

Who it's wrong for

  • Anyone who needs the cheapest monthly rate without committing. $149 and $229 need a year paid at once — $1,788 and $2,748.
  • Anyone expecting to titrate to a high tirzepatide dose. The page says that may need an upgraded plan and never prices one.
  • Anyone who needs to confirm their state before signing up. No list is published anywhere.
  • Anyone comparing on the landing view alone — the tirzepatide prices only appear after a tab click.

Is Tonik Wellness legit?

Tonik Wellness is operated by Tonik Wellness, LLC. We read that off the company’s own terms of service on September 2026.

0 of 0 matched screened against the FDA warning-letter database .
What that meansA known-positive control passed in the same run, so a real match would have surfaced. A letter would be worth knowing about; it would not by itself disqualify a seller.

Common questions

How much does Tonik Wellness cost a month?

Compounded semaglutide is $225 a month with no commitment, $165 a month if you pay quarterly, or $149 a month on the annual plan. Compounded tirzepatide is $349, $249 and $229 on the same three tiers.

What does Tonik actually charge me, rather than the monthly rate?

The card tells you. Quarterly semaglutide is $495 billed every three months and the annual plan is $1,788 billed yearly; quarterly tirzepatide is $747 and annual is $2,748. Only the month-to-month tiers, $225 and $349, bill the figure they advertise.

Why can't I see Tonik's tirzepatide prices?

They are behind a tab. The weight-loss page opens on the Semaglutide tab, and clicking the one labeled Tirzepatide swaps all three cards and their inclusion lists to the tirzepatide plans.

Which pharmacy does Tonik use?

Two, and it names both. The terms identify Strive Pharmacy and list all six of its locations by street address, and give Olympia Pharmacy's address in Orlando, Florida. Which one fills a given prescription depends on location and need.

Does Tonik charge more for higher tirzepatide doses?

It may. The tirzepatide tab says the plan covers standard dose escalation and that higher-dose protocols may require an upgraded plan. No upgraded plan is priced anywhere on the site, so the cost of titrating past the standard range is not published.

Which states does Tonik Wellness serve?

It does not say. No page we read publishes a state list, a count, or an exclusion list, so where its affiliated providers can prescribe is not something a reader can check in advance.

Why we gave Tonik Wellness a A

Read the full grading rationale

Tonik publishes the whole ladder for both drugs and never makes you work out what you will actually be charged. Compounded semaglutide is $225 a month on a card labeled "Month-to-month access", $165 a month quarterly with "$495 billed every 3 months" printed underneath, or $149 a month annually with "$1,788 billed yearly"; tirzepatide, one tab click away on the same page, is $349, $249 with "$747 billed every 3 months", and $229 with "$2,748 billed yearly". Every tier lists what it includes — the medication, injection supplies, provider oversight, concierge support and the patient portal — in the same words. It names itself, Tonik Wellness, LLC, with Colorado law, and it is one of the very few sellers on this roster that names the pharmacies: the terms identify Strive Pharmacy, list all six of its locations by street address, and give Olympia Pharmacy's address in Orlando. It also says plainly that Tonik Wellness LLC does not itself provide medical or pharmacy services. Two honest limits keep this from being a perfect record rather than an excellent one: the tirzepatide ladder is not visible until you click the tab, so a reader who never does sees only semaglutide prices; and no page publishes a state list, so where the company can actually prescribe is unverified here. Its note that higher-dose protocols "may require an upgraded plan" is the one charge it gestures at and never prices.

0 of 0 matched FDA warning-letter screen by entity domain only. Positive and negative controls passed in the same run. The weaker kind of absence. No corporate postal address is published for Tonik Wellness, LLC itself on any page we read — the addresses in its terms belong to its two dispensing pharmacies — so the screen ran on the domain alone and the address half of the match never ran.
What that meansScreening is by entity — the company’s own domain plus the address it publishes — never by brand name, because a brand name matches every namesake. Where a company publishes no address, the address half of that match is never exercised, and the result is recorded as the weaker kind of absence rather than a clean record. A known-positive control passed in the same run, so a real match would have surfaced. A letter would be worth knowing about; it would not by itself disqualify a seller.

How we reviewed Tonik Wellness

  • We read the weight-loss page, the homepage and the terms of service in full on 2026-09-11. The tirzepatide prices required clicking the tab labeled Tirzepatide; we confirmed the click had actually revealed content by checking that all three cards and the inclusion list under each changed from semaglutide to tirzepatide, rather than reading text out of a hidden node.
  • A nonsense path on the same host returned a genuine 404 page in the same session.
  • Both the per-month rate and the billed total are quoted here from the same card, because quoting only the rate would repeat the gap this site exists to close.
  • The pharmacy names and addresses come from the terms of service, read in full, not from a marketing claim about quality standards.
  • The FDA warning-letter screen ran on the entity domain alone — the addresses in the terms belong to the pharmacies, not to Tonik — with a known-positive and a known-negative control passing in the same run. No candidates came back.
