The verdict

A real flat price with the visit, medication and shipping inside it, four named pharmacies and a named prescriber network. The catch is the sales pressure around it and a refund policy that keeps every payment once it is made.

Pros and cons

What we like

  • One flat price at every dose, so the bill does not climb as the dose goes up.
  • The clinician visit, medication, supplies and shipping are inside the monthly price.
  • Its FAQ names four compounding pharmacies with addresses and phone numbers.
  • The prescriber network, OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, is named on every page.
  • Month-to-month is offered for both drugs, not only multi-month plans.
  • The plan screen shows every term's price side by side before you pay.

What could be better

  • Every payment is final, including unused months on a longer plan.
  • The drug-by-drug plans appear only after about sixteen signup questions.
  • A countdown, a struck-through $299 and an "approved!" screen before any clinician review push you to commit.
  • The refund policy says cancel 72 hours before billing; the terms say 48.
  • The terms name Trinity Meds, Inc. while every footer names Trinity HealthCare Supply.
  • No per-state list; the FAQ says all 50 states.

What it is

An online weight-loss membership that sells two compounded GLP-1s, semaglutide and tirzepatide, as weekly injections with syringes and swabs in the kit. Clinicians in the OpenLoop Healthcare Partners network do the prescribing, and its FAQ names four compounding pharmacies with street addresses: RedRock Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama.

Its terms name the company as Trinity Meds, Inc., with an office in Doral, Florida. The footer on every page names a different company, Trinity HealthCare Supply, as the one running the platform. That is the company behind altRx, which sells the same two drugs under its own name.

What it actually costs at Trinity Meds

Month to month: $99 for semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide, each a four-week supply, the same at every dose, with the visit and shipping included.

The homepage says the same thing, "$99/month for GLP-1 or $149/month for GLP-1/GIP", without naming which drug is which. Its Pricing link opens the signup, and the plan screen names the drugs only after about sixteen questions. We went through the signup to the price screen without paying. Longer plans lower the monthly figure: $94, $89 and $84 for semaglutide on the 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, and $144, $130 and $125 for tirzepatide.

The pressure is heavy. The homepage shows "Was $299, now starting at $99" beside a countdown that says the price increases when its fall offer ends on October 9, and the plan screen opens with "Congrats, your GLP-1 plan is approved!" and a ten-minute timer before any clinician has read your answers. The checkout's $299 and $399 are reference prices, not what anyone is charged, and the plan screen promises the price you lock in never changes.

Leaving is the weak point. Its refund policy says every payment is final once made, including multi-month plans and months with no medication shipped. The only refund is when a clinician turns you down, minus the cost of the review. Cancel 72 hours before your billing date, the refund policy says; the terms say 48. Read our guide to refunds and cancellation before you pick a longer plan.

Who it's wrong for

  • Anyone who might want money back. Payments are final except when a clinician declines to prescribe.
  • Anyone tempted by the 12-month price. It is the lowest, and none of it comes back if you stop after a month.
  • Anyone who wants a brand-name GLP-1. Trinity Meds sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide only.
  • Anyone who dislikes being rushed. The countdown, the struck-through price and the timer are built to hurry the decision.

How Trinity Meds works

  1. A health questionnaire

Height, weight and goal, date of birth, heart and organ history, current medications, blood pressure and heart rate, then your name, shipping state, email and phone.

  2. Pick a drug and a plan

Semaglutide or tirzepatide, monthly or a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan, with every price on one screen.

  3. A clinician reviews it

A provider in the OpenLoop network reviews your answers, by video or in writing depending on your state. You are charged only if a prescription is approved.

  4. A pharmacy ships it

One of four named compounding pharmacies fills it; the FAQ puts processing and delivery at about four to five business days.

  5. A refill form each month

A short form before each refill; once it is approved, tracking comes by email and text.

Common questions

How much does Trinity Meds cost per month?

Month to month, compounded semaglutide is $99 and tirzepatide is $149, each for a four-week supply at any dose, with the visit and shipping included. Committing to 12 months lowers them to $84 and $125 a month.

Does the Trinity Meds price go up with the dose?

No. The plan screen says all doses are included at one flat price, for both semaglutide and tirzepatide, and that the price you sign up at does not change.

Can I get a refund from Trinity Meds?

Only if a clinician decides you are not eligible, and then minus the cost of the review. Otherwise every payment is final, including the unused months of a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan.

How do I cancel Trinity Meds?

Email or call support, or cancel in the patient portal. Do it at least 72 hours before your billing date; the terms say 48 hours, but the newer refund policy says 72, so go by the earlier deadline.

Which pharmacies does Trinity Meds use?

Its FAQ names four compounding pharmacies: RedRock Pharmacy in St. George, Utah; Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky; Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York; and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama.

Who runs Trinity Meds?

Its terms name Trinity Meds, Inc. in Doral, Florida, while its footer names Trinity HealthCare Supply as the platform operator. Prescribing is done by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC and its affiliated practices.

Has Trinity Meds had an FDA warning letter?

We found no FDA warning letter addressed to Trinity Meds or naming its website, searching by brand name, company name and domain. FDA's search does not cover every letter's full text, so that is not a guarantee.

Why we gave Trinity Meds a B

Read the full grading rationale

One flat month-to-month price at every dose: $99 for compounded semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide, visit and shipping included, and the homepage states both. It names its four pharmacies and its prescriber network. It holds at B because the drug-by-drug plans appear only after the signup questions, a countdown and a struck $299 press you to commit, payments are final, and its terms and refund policy disagree on the cancellation deadline.
