The verdict
Treat the published medication offer as a starting point for a complete quote. Ask which charges are included, who bills them and what the next cycle will cost.
What it is
CaliberRx LLC coordinates online intake, independent clinical review and dispensing through pharmacy partners. It does not itself prescribe or dispense. A clinician determines whether a prescription is appropriate; enrollment alone is not approval.
The public treatment pages describe compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. The FAQ describes progress monitoring and dose adjustments, while the process page explains delivery after a prescription. We did not establish an individual dispensing pharmacy.

| Plan | Published price |
|---|---|
| semaglutide injection, advertised starting offerAdvertised monthly treatment figure; additional membership, consultation, pharmacy fees and higher-dose total unestablished. | $199 |
| tirzepatide injection, advertised starting offerAdvertised monthly treatment figure, not a verified all-in bill or across-dose guarantee. | $199 |
What it actually costs at CaliberRx
The treatment page displays $199 per month for each injection, and the homepage presents those as starting prices. This is not evidence that every dose or plan has the same final charge.
The billing consent allows recurring membership fees, consultation fees and pharmacy medication charges, processed separately or consolidated. It also allows applicable taxes and pharmacy shipping charges despite the general free-delivery banner. Ask for an itemized quote before assuming the treatment headline includes everything.
The refund policy recommends canceling membership at least 48 hours before renewal. Paid cycles are generally not prorated; completed consultations are generally nonrefundable. A pre-shipment medication cancellation is only refundable if fulfillment can be stopped, and filled-and-shipped medication is nonrefundable. Compare membership and care fees beside the pharmacy charge when requesting the itemized quote; a consolidated payment can still contain several distinct fee categories.
Who it's wrong for
Someone needing one confirmed all-in amount should resolve the unpriced fee categories first. Someone who needs to exit after a consultation should distinguish the consultation charge from medication and membership refunds.
The offer terms restrict promotional eligibility, including for people enrolled in listed government health programs. Do not assume a starting offer applies to your circumstances; ask for the applicable terms and total before entering payment details.
Common questions
Does the advertised price cover every charge?
The billing consent permits separate membership, consultation and pharmacy charges. Their total at the treatment headline was not established, so request an itemized quote.
Are higher doses guaranteed at the same price?
No such guarantee was established. The homepage uses starting-price language, and the treatment page does not provide a complete dose-based schedule.
When should I cancel membership?
The refund policy recommends at least 48 hours before renewal so processing can finish before the next charge. Cancel through the account portal or support email.
Does prescription denial refund the consultation?
The policy says no medication charge applies when no prescription is issued, but completed consultation fees are generally nonrefundable. Those are separate charge categories.
Can I stop a medication order before shipment?
The policy says support will attempt to stop pharmacy fulfillment. A medication refund depends on successfully stopping it; cancellation alone does not guarantee a refund.
Is the promotional offer available to everyone?
No. The offer terms impose eligibility limits and exclude people enrolled in listed government health programs from promotional pricing. Ask which offer applies to your situation.
Why we gave CaliberRx a C
Read the full grading rationale
Public treatment prices have a monthly unit, but billing policies allow separate membership, consultation and pharmacy charges without establishing their total at the headline amount. Detailed cancellation and refund rules improve disclosure without proving an all-in budget.

How we reviewed CaliberRx
We read CaliberRx’s public pricing, care and available policy information on October 6, 2026. We did not purchase treatment or complete a clinical intake.
We compared the public treatment offers with billing, offer and refund policies. We did not complete intake, establish the all-in checkout or renewal total, verify individual pharmacy assignment, or assume every dose qualifies for the starting price.
