What it is
Rx.com started as a prescription discount-card site, and most of it still is. Its own prescribing program is weight loss: compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, a visit with a licensed provider through MD Integrations, and medication shipped from Manifest Pharmacy in South Carolina. The company behind it is Rx Platform LLC in San Antonio.
The other care categories on the homepage aren't programs of its own. The erectile-dysfunction page compares other companies' offers and says it may earn a commission, the therapy page sends readers to a third-party counseling service, and six homepage links, testosterone and hair among them, lead straight back to the homepage.

What it actually costs at Rx.com

Tirzepatide is $285 for one month. The lower figures are real plan rates, labeled as such on the card: semaglutide is $146 a month on a six-month plan paid as $875 in one payment, tirzepatide $259 on the same plan. That's the starting-at price, labeled honestly, and the price doesn't climb with the dose.
Then there's the program-details page, which the intake itself links to. It prices the same compounded GLP-1 at $179.99 for the first month and $279.99 a month after that, and tirzepatide at $279.99 then $379.99. Same site, same day, two price lists. The one we could reach a checkout on is the lower one.
The six-month plan is one payment, not six. What it comes to against paying by the month is worth knowing before the checkout asks.

- Skip it if you want brand-name Wegovy prescribed. Its Wegovy page offers a pharmacy discount coupon and an ad for the compounded program, not a prescription, and compounded and brand are not the same drug decision.
