BloomWell Rx review
Graded on whether a price is published, checkable, and still true at month two — how we grade · how we verify prices
BloomWell Rx starts compounded GLP-1s at $199 a month. Its four branded products carry a $149 consultation fee and no medication price at all.
The $149 buys a consultation, not a drug. For Zepbound, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and the Foundayo pill, that fee is the only figure BloomWell Rx publishes anywhere.
- Advertised $149, no ongoing price published

The verdict
Half the catalog is priced and half is a consultation fee where a price should be. The compounded half is the usable half.

Pros and cons
What we like
- Both compounded products carry a published starting price on their own pages.
- The site states plainly that BloomWell Rx is not a pharmacy or a manufacturer and that a third party compounds and dispenses.
- A BMI calculator sits on the product page rather than being gated behind the intake.
- The branded and compounded catalogs are visibly separated rather than blended into one price claim.
What could be better
- Four branded products list a consultation fee and no medication price.
- The one-month and three-month toggle does not change the displayed figure.
- The published addresses belong to partner pharmacies, which is easy to mistake for a coverage list.
- No state list and no company address on any of the eight pages we read.
What it is
BloomWell Rx sells compounded GLP-1s and a GLP-1/GIP blend with B12, alongside branded Zepbound, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and the Foundayo pill. Its own pages say it is not a state-licensed pharmacy and that a third-party pharmacy compounds and dispenses — the usual division of labor in telehealth prescribing.

What it actually costs
The compounded personalized GLP-1 starts at $199 a month and the GLP-1/GIP blend at $249. Both figures sit above a one-month and three-month toggle that does not change them, which tells a shopper nothing about what a commitment buys.
Four of the eight products on the treatments page are branded GLP-1s, and each one lists a $149 consultation fee where the medication price should be. So for half the catalog the only published number is the fee to be told the price.
That is a different failure from an inflated headline. Claya publishes cash prices for the branded pens outright, which is the comparison worth making.
Who it's wrong for
Wrong seller if you are pricing Zepbound or Wegovy: you cannot, from these pages. A published fee is not a published price.
- Wanting the addresses to mean something: the ones published are partner-pharmacy locations in four states, not a coverage list and not the company's own registered address.
- Expecting the toggle to do something: switching between one month and three months leaves the price where it was.

Common questions
How much is BloomWell Rx per month?
The compounded GLP-1 starts at $199 a month and the compounded GLP-1/GIP blend at $249 a month. Both figures were read from the seller's own product pages in September 2026.
What does the $149 BloomWell Rx fee cover?
A consultation for a branded GLP-1. It is listed on Zepbound, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and the Foundayo pill, and on all four the medication itself carries no published price.
Does a three-month plan cost less at BloomWell Rx?
The pages do not say. A one-month and three-month toggle sits directly above the price and the displayed figure does not change when you switch between them.
Why we gave BloomWell Rx a C
Read the full grading rationale
Compounded pricing is published and starts at a stated monthly figure for both drugs. The branded half of the catalog is where it falls apart: Zepbound, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and the Foundayo pill are each listed with a $149 consultation fee and no medication price at all, so four of the eight products on the treatments page carry a fee where the price should be. On the compounded pages, a one-month and a three-month toggle sit directly above a figure that does not move when you switch between them, which tells the shopper nothing about what a commitment saves. Eight pages were read: the homepage, all-treatments, the GLP-1 page, the GLP-1/GIP page, the branded GLP-1 page, the first screen of the intake, the terms and the privacy policy. The addresses published are partner-pharmacy locations in California, Texas, Kansas and Florida, not a coverage list and not the company's own registered address, so no address-based FDA screen was possible and none is claimed.
How we reviewed BloomWell Rx
- Both compounded prices and the consultation fee were read from the seller's own pages and are quoted verbatim in our capture file with the date.
- Eight pages were read: the homepage, all-treatments, the GLP-1 page, the GLP-1/GIP page, the branded GLP-1 page, the first screen of the intake, the terms and the privacy policy.
- We counted the products on the treatments page to state how many carry a fee instead of a price, rather than describing it in general terms.
