What it is
An obesity and primary-care clinic rather than a compounding storefront: visits go through insurance, the medications are branded, and there is an insurance advocacy team whose job is coverage. What it actually costs at Knownwell
The out-of-pocket page prices the Wegovy pen at $349 a month and the Wegovy pill at $149. Zepbound is $299 a month as either the KwikPen or the vial, and $499 as the pen with a coupon. A new-patient offer runs $199 for two months on the pen.
The $149 pill price carries its own caption: until the end of August 2026. When we read the page in early September, the cheapest number on it was already outside its stated window.
The page also carries a last-updated date, which is rarer than it should be and is exactly the thing that makes a published price checkable.
