WeightCare puts the month-to-month rate first in the selector on both flagship product pages, labeled no commitment, and that is genuinely the right order: compounded semaglutide is $399 a month against $249 on three months and $215 on six, and compounded tirzepatide is $499 against $299 and $275. A comparison table restates all of it and adds three more tiers. What sits underneath that pricing is the problem. The terms of service are an unmodified store template that never mentions medication, telehealth, prescriptions, subscriptions or auto-renewal, still contains a live unfilled placeholder where the link to the refund policy should be, and names a governing law of the United States without a state, which designates nothing. The words no commitments and cancel anytime are printed directly under prepaid three- and six-month plans, and nothing anywhere says what a cancellation does to money already taken. The state question is asked on the site twenty-one times across fifteen pages, in collapsed sections, and answered on none of them — no list, no count, no exclusions. No compounding pharmacy is named. The legal entity appears once, in the terms' contact block, and the mailing address appears once, in the privacy policy, with no company name attached; the two never appear together. Three pages of the same site claim three different member counts, one priced tier has no checkout path at all, and two testimonials are word-for-word identical under different names, both tagged as verified purchases.
